You are quite tall for your age at 6 feet, your penis will continue to grow larger slowly and by the time your are 16 I expect it will be between 7" or 8" long and a bit over 5" in circumference, mine was 7" by the time I was 16, however I am 5' 8" tall, that's the difference between you and me. If you are lucky you could have a 8" long by 6" in circumference penis by the time you are 18, that will be as big as it will get. As far as hair, if you don't shave or trim any hair off, I hope you don't, from my own experience your will have a forest of hair both under your arms and around your penis by the time you are 16.
