I also have a small penis when i dont have a boner. When i Get a boner it gets like 14cm. Will It still grow?

Having at 14cm penis erect and being 168cm in height at 14 is OK, your penis will get a bit larger in the next few years or even months. You are a bit tall for your age but everything is fine. It's a bit unusual not to have underarm hair when you have hair everywhere else including I suppose a good forest of hair around your pubes, you will get hairy armpits as well, I am sure very soon, don't worry, within a year your armpit hair will get as thick as the hair around your private parts.

Hi, your still young yet and just because all the other stages of puberty has happened doesn't mean you have stopped yet, your penis can continue to grow into your early 20s so you still have a few more years yet.
At 4.5 inches your only just under the average adult size of 5 to 6 inches plus at your size you still have plenty to fill the depth of a vagina when it's fully aroused, it's not the size that counts it's how you use it.

Slightly below average for your age but hopefully it will get to average soon. Interesting what you say regarding armpit and pubic hair, if I remember correctly I got both about the same time when I was 13 but it does vary very much on boys from 9 to about 14 or 15. Try a 'penis work out, not a thing I have ever done, but they do say that gently pulling, not masturbating makes your penis larger, but you have to be patient doing that, it takes time

No probably not because that is way above average size now if your measuring it the right way.
Probably not, you should be happy with what you have, it may grow out a little more but not much, be happy.Sometimes a penis grows quicker than the rest of your body, that's why some boys penises look so large with proportion to the rest of his body, however, by the time he is 16, the rest of the body has 'caught up' so to speak.
Refer to my other answer below, hair under arms and around or on a penis usually starts growing about the same time, perhaps a year or 2 either way, one thing you and no other boy should do is to trim or shave those hairs, they are there for a purpose, health reasons, bit complicated to explain here, just leave them alone to nature.

The vast majority of men by the time they are 19 do have their full penis growth, 6 and a half inches when erect is more than enough for that age, a bit above average, probably won't get any larger.
