I have had the same problem as most of you. I first noticed it a couple months after my period started when I was 14. I had yellow clumpy discharge, itching, and the smell. Of course I went to the gyno and they said I had a yeast infection. I took lots of medicines over the years and eventually it calmed down. I am now 18 and I still have white-ish discharge but it is smooth and odorless. No itching or burning though. Im not a virgin but i'm not sexually active but I will be soon so I'm hoping this is just normal and it's safe for me to have sex. Any comments? :-P

I am 18 years old an have had this issue since I hit puberty.I always worried that I had some sort of disease. I have had every test done under the sun and like y'all they have all been negative. My doctor told me that nothing was wrong and suggested That I change my laundry detergent and watch for scented soaps. I changed my detergent from a perfumed based to All Free and Clear, no perfumes. I have also made it routine to wear panty liners. I still have the discharge but I feel alot more comfortable and there is no more irritation(burning, itching) Just discharge, but there is much less of it. My doctor also stated that my hormone levels could be to blame. Ive accepted the way I am and I've learned to live around it. I hope this helps many other women.

I've been having vaginal discharge since as long as I can remember, I've done tests after tests. Everything come negative. I'm embarrass when I'm about to be intimate and don't want my partner to see it. It's smooth and creamy. I've tasted it, and it has this acidic taste.

There are a number of things that can cause a milky, yogurt like discharge.
-A high estrogen level, which usually occurs in athletic types, is the biggest offender for virgins.
-The natural flora of the vaginal area is just excessively high.

WHEN TO WORRY;
-Painful urination
-Cottage Cheese like curds
-Yellow, Green, Grey bubbly discharge
-Intense itching in the vulvar area associated with the discharge.

(NOTE: STRESS CAN MAKE YOUR BODY DO ALOT OF CRAZY THINGS; gain weight, lose weight, lose hair, increase/decrease appetite, sexual dysfunction, increase in vaginal excretions)

If it really bothers you, try using an unscented anti-bacterial soap, in the shower. Add 2 cups of Apple cider vinegar to a WARM bath and soak, do not use any soaps.

Hope this helps, Nursing school taught me alot!

So glad I found a place with actual answers, I'm 28 years old and never experienced a vaginal yeast infection. However, I am experiencing something. I'm Dry, have No pain during urination, No swelling or redness around or in the area in question, no itchness, and no rash. Discharge is kinda dry, feels like a sponge ripped apart in tiny pieces. And thats about it. If anyone knows what I'm talkin about help :)

I have had the same white discharge since as far as I can remember. I always feel wet. It smells sometimes, & I'm really confused and embarresed about it. I just need a clear answer of what it is. I am a full virgin & now im scared to do something because it might not be normal & he might think its disgusting. I see that alot of people have the same problem, so is this normal? I just wanna know. I usually just wear a tampon everyday so it doesn't end up on my underwear. HELP?

hey everyone i have the same thing. for some of you guys it could be a yeast infection. they are not an STD you get them from not washing good, or possibly wearing tight pants. another option is a UTI..Urinary tract infection. this can come from you holding your pee for to long. another possibility is backed up seaman, for those who are not virgins, if you are on birth control, your boys rejects the seaman. if after sex you have noticed an excessive amount coming out of you this is from your birth control. once the seaman isnt a sticky consistancy anymore it starts to get milky and starts to look and feel like lotion. personally for me i think that is what mine is. you should ask your doctors about these possibibites

I have very similar to Annerxoxo my has no smell but it honest to goshness looks like someone sneezzed down there it's gross. i think it might be related to stress, Fanals are 2 weeks away for me but i don't really FEEL stressed you know? The only reason that it would be itchy is if i go a long time with out going to the bathroom to clean up, b/c of the feeling of raw wet-skin contact.

and also i don't think it has anyhting to do with if you are avirgin or not, i've had sex, for the first time, but that was 4 months ago and it hadn't showed any of this during or right after my relationship split. so just saying.

I am 15, I kinda always had this but ignored it because it wasn't all that bad. Although, recently my sister says "when ever you get in my car you smell like sh*t." It lowers my self esteem because I know its my vagina. I feel like if I ever get sexual with a guy they will be like EW what is this.
It DOESN't ITCH, burn, swell or anything like that.
It just feels like i am on my period and am always wet. It is white and lotion looking and smells really really bad. I DO NOT want this for the rest of my life.

I'm 15 and this is happening to me. I am a virgin and I've had this for almost 3 years now. I was worried at first that it was a STD, but then I remembered I am a virgin. I do not want to tell my mother because that is just embarassing but I'm worried it will ruin my chances of having kids. I KNOW it's not a STD, but could it be yeast? It has an odor to it sometimes, and other times it doesn't. It's not clumpy but a lotion texture. I don't want to go to a doctor because I don't like them? Is this normal? How can I get rid of it?

Hey,

I'm 16 years old and virgin.

I get white discharge, and sometimes can be sticky ( a bit disturbing but, my pube's tend to stick together with clumps of whitish stuff)

Is this normal, because sometimes when i get up of my seat, there can be a slight wet or moist patch on my seat =/. However, does fade of the seat, it make's me paranoid and i wouldn't say i'm stressed at all.

Help please ! xx
