my dear friends. im a specialist surgeon by profession. and i have some important advices for u.......... those of u who have white bumps ..means u have caught an infecition which needs immediate medical attention like anti-biotics, which if not delivered in time may change into cancer or a sexual disability. those who just have white spots must also see a doctor to confirm if they are just due skin problem or if they are developing mucus insile them,. if the later one is true u r i n realy deep ship and u may never get ur penis standing after a few years so deal wid it dast..........best of luck
Hi, i'm 11 and i also have the white spots on by scrotum and the top of my penis. should i do anything, because they seem to be getting less and less visible.

All the white bumps are is your pubes growing in they will go away when you are around the ages of 17-19(20 the latest)

Wow I'm happy I'm not the only one with this. I'm 16 yr old and Ive had white dots on my penis since I was 14 I got scared when I first saw them. My balls get itchy idk y can someone tell me wat these white dots r and y my nuts get itchy ?????
im 13, and have these located on the lower end of my penis, i havent took a shower in 2-3days and they just appeared. I also have them on my balls. but hairs are growing threw, so i believe these are just pubical areas. Alright. So I'm 16 years old. I'v had these white/skin coloured small bumps on my penis and sac. Had them since I was like 13. Never really did anything about it or checked it out because it never posed any problem. They are still here 3 years later. My guess is that it was something to do with puberty. Who knows, may go away eventually. I also have that "scar line" down the center of my sac and bottom of my penis. Whoever said it was from circumcision is wrong because I am not circumcised. It has never cause any problems what so ever. It also appeared when I was about 13. It was a little scary though, I actually saw almost like a scab appear in a line and it looked like I had cut it and it was healing but I had never cut it or anything. Shortly later, it's that "line". So far no issues with it. Also, someone said something about growers and show-ers, very true. I have a grower. Goes from about 2-3" to just under 8".
