I got a abortion at 17 weeks my breast are hard tender and tight they have grown trough out my pregnancy will they be saggy when they get back to normal size ?
Not necessarily, no. You are young and your skin will probably be able to tighten again, even with smaller breasts. You may experience some loss of breastfat-tissue however and end up having smaller breasts than before and, for that, slightly saggy. That's what happened to me (but I was able to carry out my pregnancy, at 19).
