This might be a little late, but I believe you can I had this too (Trichotillomania) for almost five years and used to ALWAYS pull my hair out as soon as it grew. I was picked on everywhere, then I started getting out and talking with others, discovering new hobbies, etc. and I have stopped pulling, I still do it from time to time, but it has slowed down significantly and my hair is actually being able to grow back faster then I can pull, so I'm sure you'll pull through just fine.

I do this too. And I feel really bad after I do it. But I have the urge. I started before my sats because of stress and now I just do it and I dunno why. I researched on the Internet and it said but lib balm/Vaseline on ur eyelashes and eyebrows and it will make them slippery so u can't get them.. It's working so far. But today I was ltying in bed watching YouTube and I pulled out a massive clump of eyelashes and now I have a massive gap on my eyelid. Also one of my eyebrows is half the size of the other because of this. I like to know that I am not alone. I decided to tell my friends at school because they said that my eyes were really vainy but they keep teasing me and making it into a joke and I feel really self concours because people keep teasing about my half missing eyebrow and my sparse eyelids. I can't really buy a growth thingy because my mum doesn't have that much money at the moment so does anyone aphave any other tips? I also went to the doctor once but she thought I was mentally disabled so we had to leave it and I'm not sure if I should go back to the doctors before it gets worse. :(
I have seen a difference in the growth of my eye lashes and eye brows. Not by a whole lot, but I am still on the first tube of Dermalmd Eyelash Growth Serum. I was practically bald in both areas, and now I have lashes to build up mascara on. And my eyebrows are growing thicker and sprouting in areas where the hair was missing.
