I have the same problem. I'm 13 and I way about 120. I've been exercising for about a week now and it's already paying off. Exercise isn't the easy way out but it's the only way to keep the weight off.

Hi, Im in 8th grade weight about 140 and I want to loose weight but its really hard. My parents try to help but it feel like I just being hated. I know they don't mean it but it hurts in the guts. Its like they aren't accepting me. They make me run 5 laps around the park every summer every day it hurts soo bad. But at the end it seems that i gain another ten pound on my next check up. Is their a trick to loose weight fast that I should know of!

Hi I'm Kelicia I'm 13 almost 14 in 9 days I'm 143lbs and I'm healthy I play football and I run (atheltics) I'm a very active sporty person I thought I was overweight aswell but I'm exactly the same as you I have big thighs and a slim waist 143 lbs is actually healthy for our age we don't need to worry

I am 13 and I weigh 146, and my height is 5'5. I would like to lose 30 pounds with in the next 3 months. I participate in dance and soccer. I currently am taking gmc supplements but they are not doing much for my weight loss. I don't eat carbs or red mean. I eat very clean and I also work out daily. Does anyone have any suggestions if anything else i would do to attain my goal?

i was sort of dealing with the same thing so this is what i did i woke up every morning n ate breakfast because once you eat breakfast you would be full for a long time drink a lot of water try to eat watermelon n eat salads n it is optional to exercise but i do exercise every other day i only do squats n i run one mile no stopping n i drink water to keep me hydrated n don't sleep much throughout the day because it can make your weight build up and you'll get even bigger

If you can gain weight. Please start a diet and regular workout and yoga. I suggest some exercise please do daily lose your weight. Goblet squat Pushup Kettlebell swing Skater jumps Row Mountain climbers Please try this exercise.

I’m Katie and I’m 13 and I weigh 54KG, I am 5”8 and I play/do loads of sports (rugby,gig rowing,long distance runnning, swimming) . Since I was 8 I have struggled with my body image, I have often starved myself to the point I was hospitalised. Just now I put on my new swimming costume and I started crying, my side figure is fine and I’m super confident with it but my front figure is the problem, I look like a square. Like I have no waist and I’m so fat, I’m in Italy and it’s 37degrees and we can go in the public pool but I’m so self conscious now, i just want a nice figure. I work out everyday and now have a healthy diet(i’m also vegan). do you think it’s worth trying dietary pills? It’s got to a point with my body where I can’t walk out the house with panic attacks.Some help would be nice...://
