hii :) my name is adrianne and i live in WV. and many people know that WV isnt the healthyist statee....and i do fall in a small part of the people who are overweight.... im 13 going on 14 and i weight 140. im 5'4 and ive always been very scared of what people will think of me... I have a great group of friends (girls and guyss) so no one usely picks on me. Every since i can remember i have exercised on my treadmill for 20 min and on speed 2. i havent got a lot of results with that. I was wondering if anyone new what im doing wrong. I eat okk :/ i dont overeat, but i do eat bad sometimes. please im begging someone to help me... my sister, shannon she just graduated and she is skinny. shes never had a problem with eating and she never exercises. and now my mom is always trying to get me to be prettier like my sister.... i just want her to be happy to look over and say thats my girl :/

Hello! I see some of you are having trouble with your weight. I am also 13. I was getting close to 150 in August of 2010. I felt heavy, I looked heavy, and I knew it was time to change. I started cutting back on my servings and I would only have 1 plate instead of 2-3. It takes little steps to make a big jump. I am also very active now. I play soccer, volleyball, track and field, cross country, recreational football :), and many other things just for fun. Also, Google some "healthy" recipes for meals. It really works!!! :) I feel soooo much better and i look much better too. I weigh about 128 now. Also, try to understand that u can't lose weight in a "snap". I still am shaving off some pounds too! I wish you all the best of luck. I hope this helps. Oh, and try to remember we are really young and we have our whole lives to change ;)

dont worryyyy! everyone is in this crazy stage, and if you love to live then what has worked for me is the fittness coach for the wii. On mondays workout for 30 min, and do upperbody workouts. tue,thrus,and saturday and sunday do 15 mins of core exercise. then on wed lowerbody workouts for 30 min. and on friday cardio for 30 mins.
if you get the my fitness coach all of the workouts are on the game.
dont worrry. everyone goes though this at some point.

DO NOT EAT AFTER 7PM AND GO TO BED BEFORE 10PM....
That's it...you're first week. Easy. It will get harder...but it will work.
