hii :) my name is adrianne and i live in WV. and many people know that WV isnt the healthyist statee....and i do fall in a small part of the people who are overweight.... im 13 going on 14 and i weight 140. im 5'4 and ive always been very scared of what people will think of me... I have a great group of friends (girls and guyss) so no one usely picks on me.  Every since i can remember i have exercised on my treadmill for 20 min and on speed 2. i havent got a lot of results with that. I was wondering if anyone new what im doing wrong. I eat okk :/ i dont overeat, but i do eat bad sometimes. please im begging someone to help me... my sister, shannon she just graduated and she is skinny. shes never had a problem with eating and she never exercises. and now my mom is always trying to get me to be prettier like my sister.... i just want her to be happy to look over and say thats my girl :/

can someone please helppp :)

Hello! I see some of you are having trouble with your weight. I am also 13. I was getting close to 150 in August of 2010. I felt heavy, I looked heavy, and I knew it was time to change. I started cutting back on my servings and I would only have 1 plate instead of 2-3. It takes little steps to make a big jump. I am also very active now.  I play soccer, volleyball, track and field, cross country, recreational football :), and many other things just for fun. Also, Google some "healthy" recipes for meals. It really works!!! :) I feel soooo much better and i look much better too. I weigh about 128 now. Also, try to understand that u can't lose weight in a "snap". I still am shaving off some pounds too! I wish you all the best of luck. I hope this helps. Oh, and try to remember we are really young and we have our whole lives to change ;)

ok. the girl who wrote that she was suicidle... HONEYY! dont worry, because im 13 and i used to weight 142! now im 134-135.

dont worryyyy! everyone is in this crazy stage, and if you love to live then what has worked for me is the fittness coach for the wii. On mondays workout for 30 min, and do upperbody workouts. tue,thrus,and saturday and sunday do 15 mins of core exercise. then on wed lowerbody workouts for 30 min. and on friday cardio for 30 mins.

if you get the my fitness coach all of the workouts are on the game.

dont worrry. everyone goes though this at some point.

well acually i am 13 and weigh 245 and i am trying to loose weight all you need is a lot of protien heres the trick if you eat something every 3 hours thats healthy with protien the your matabalisam wont slow down then you will burn more fat if you use this make sure to exersaise and maintaine a healthy diet and eat a lot of protien!!!!

Ok so im the same age and im like 5"6 and weigh 140 and you know your family history and your body type always occurs if you parents are over weight you have a chance to be but I think your perfectly fine and if your like amazon body type you can't compare you self to a small slender little girl because thats not your body type

krystin I have the same problem but my family is always on the run. So we have no time to cook a good meal so we usally eat fat food. I want to lose weight so bad I have thought about becoming belimic. Do you have any tips.

HI. My name is Heather. They used to call me "Moose". They made me stand with "stinky" the girl that was "huge" and really really overweight. I threw myself down a flight of stairs one day hoping I would hurt myself so I didn't have to go to school and be teased anymore. NOW, here's the answer. I went to weight watchers. They have a program that helped. Now, if you're parents won't do that for you, or don't have the money, or are just to lazy and not interested.....I'm going to walk you through it. Ready.

START THIS WEEK with the following: (OK...I mean this).

DO NOT EAT AFTER 7PM AND GO TO BED BEFORE 10PM....

That's it...you're first week. Easy. It will get harder...but it will work.

workout like crazy everyday!!!!!! cut out all junk food ,eat a lot of fruit and veggies, drink lots of water, eat smaller meals

IT OK WALK A MILE EVERYDY THAT COULD HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT FAST AND EAT SMALL PORTIONS OF THINGS AND EAT HEALTHY SWIMMING IS EXCRISING AND IT IS FUN ALSO U LOSE CALORIES LIKE CRAZY WELL I AM STRIGGLING WITH UNDER WEIGHT RIGHT NOW CAUSE I AM ANXERITY SO YEAH THATS MY ADVICE HOPE ITS HELPS YOU

at 60 kg ur not fat at all tell them to shut the f@CK up and tell them to look at there faces cuz they hate them self to i konw cuz i used to make fun of peopel cuz i hated my self but there nothing bad about ur 60 kg its not like your 600 libs so just loves ur self ;)
