ok aunestly i am 13 and i weigh 100 pounds i have a flat stomach luckily ok sorry to get off subject what i did to loose weight was i started walking and taking the stares. DONT STARVE UR SELFI DELT WITH THAT IT SUX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you should eat the right combination of fruits, vegetables, and carbs! But don't forget the protein honey :-) <-----that makes me dizzy

Dont overeat or think that its okay to stuff yourself at the end of the day. That's actually the worst time to stuff yourself. seriously.

For exercise, make sure to target specific parts of your body to build up lean muscle. But also do some cardio!! Horizontal running usually does the trick if you know what i mean

mmmm yes i totally agree with cool bro! fruits and veggies are crucial in your diet! Some good sources of protein is peanut butter(not the salty really unhealthy kind, but the kind they have at lunch in those little white paper cup things), beans, chicken (not fried, but baked or something). NEVER stuff yourself.
Exercise at least 6 times a week, but only extreme workouts 3 times a week. When you overwork your body too many times a week it tires out your muscles and makes you very exhausted and also makes it even harder to exercise.

Cut back on sugary foods, the more sugar your body takes in, the more your body needs it to function. By slowly cutting your sugar intake, your body becomes less dependent on sugar.

RUN RUN RUN!

Hey Kyrstin,

Do not worried about your weight as there are many diet plan to reduce fat from the body such as hcg diet plan and other practices such as little exercise and  prevention from the fast food. These steps are very help full for the smartness of the body.

I am 13, 5'5 and 140 pounds, I'm on a swim team and I swim 6 times a week but I'm still 20 pounds heavier then all my friends. I eat quite healthy and I exercise regularly yet am still overweight. What am I doing wrong? HELP!

Stop eating pasta, breads and wheat. Watch your carbohydrates and drink water.

Hi, I am 13 years old and i weigh about 106 i am 5'4 and i am pretty happy with that but when i was about 10 i had "baby" fat and i COULD NOT stand it. so i quit drink soda's it helped A LOT! When i was in 7th grade i woke up in the morning went to school WITHOUT breakfast and did not eat lunch at school. When i got home from school i ate, and i ate at dinner time. IF i did not have cheer practice or a gamee. i knew it was not healthy but i got use to not eating so i didnt eat breakfast or lunch at all last year. Now i eat Lunch but not breakfast and dinner. Girls that are over weight DO NOT stop eating you need to eat to help you go. Just be careful about what you eat like veges and fruits low sugar foods low sodium foods and rarely soft drinks! GOOD LUCK. if you really want to lost it you have to show it:-)

Hi I am in year 8, I am 165cm tall and I weigh 57.9kg. Today in sport we had to run 1km and I could only go 200m before I got a stitch and had to walk for most of it. Even my friends were like "You could make it half way" and I just smiled but on the inside it hurt ALOT. I am unfit and I want to get fit and loose weight and the same time but I don't now how. I am in the middle of fat and skinny but I think I am closer to the fat side.

I'm 13 too I loset weight in 10 week by exercise and diet. It was hard put I try hard and never give up. Sometime we go to hard on u'r self that why we give up. The best way is to do exercise, diet and never give up.
