The pimple like stuf might be folliculitis, especially if it itches, which is basically inflamation of the hair follicule. I have used PanOxyl (with at least 10% Benxoil Peroxide) in conjunction with dioxycycline (prescription only) and it has almost completely cleared up - after almost a decade). That however does nothing for the under/in between breast rash

Hi, I used to suffer badly from this myself, I have large breasts which get very hot underneath, but now i have found a remedy for this. I shower daily, morning and evening, after my shower I smooth Sudocrem cream (used in UK as a nappy barrier cream, zinc based but antiseptic properties and can be used for other purposes eg acne, burns etc) onto the underside of my breasts, and also the abdomen directly under the breasts where it rubs together. Then, after I put my bra on (a well-fitting one which does not rub) I get a square of pure silk, about 12 to 18 inches square around 28 to 40 cm I think. I fold this in half, then I tuck the silk into the under band of my bra, so it covers some of the lower part of both my breasts and hangs outside the bra to cover the abdomen underneath a little way. You need to experiment with this to get it right for you. It must be pure silk so that it helps the skin breathe and absorbs any moisture. It gets damp, but your breasts will stay drier and rash - free. Wash the silk every night, wear it daily after your shower. I have also made a silk protector for wear at night, with ribbons to tie round the back. This really works for me, and i hope it helps you too.

I've had this problem off and on for some time and seen the suggested remedies posted here, but hadent't tried any of them. Then I recently moved to a very humid climate and found it worsening. Just yesterday I noticed it was getting dry almost to the point of cracking, so I used something I had at hand that I have been using as a hand and face moiturizer-- and it affected the rash within a few hours! It was Alberto VO 5 hair dressing.
I have been using this for a few years to soften amd mildly moisturize my hands and face. It may have been a fluke, but it had an almost immediate effect. The rash was minimized within a few hours and there was no more discomfort! I won't pretend to know why, but I will continue to use it for at least this summer.
It's an old fashioned mens hair dressing product that comes in a tube, much like Brillcreme. It may prove to be a temporarry solution, but it's a godsend for me!

I also have large breasts and am a chef so my work environment is very hot & humid. I recently developed a red, itchy rash underneath and between my breasts. It got so bad that the the skin started cracking and it became very painful. I tried many ways to clear it up including baby powder, Gold Bond powder, diaper rash cream, hydrocortisone cream, yeast infection gel.. nothing worked and over 2 months it got worse. Then my mother, who is an RN suggested it may be a fungal infection. I got a powder called Zeasorb AF which I found at CVS. It's made for treating athlete's foot & jock itch. After 3 days of use, the rash is almost completely healed! I also lined the underside of my bra with gym socks to absorb excess moisture. I know it sounds crazy but it really helped to stop the chafing and irritation. There are other brands of anti-fungal powders that probably work just as well, so if you can't find Zeasorb AF just make sure that the powder is anti-fungal and contains the active ingredient Miconazole nitrate. I would stay away from the anti-fungal cremes and stick with the powder. The area needs to stay dry and the creme medications keep it wet down there and don't allow it to heal. I tried clotrimazole creme and it did not help at all. I hope this information can help some of you ladies out!

I have been reading these posts because I have had various types of rash under my breasts for several years. Never found a lasting solution and they do come and go, usually worse in the warmer months. Some versions have been vary itchy and some rather shiny and wet looking, but less itchy. I have been using athletes foot powder and it does dry the skin, and it looks less raw but then all my skin rubs off and this worries me. So then I stop using the powder. I am seeking the perfect treatment, so will keep looking for other peoples hints and tips.

I have the issue also. Large breasts are a big pain! The only way I get rid of the itchy red rash is to use straight alcohol and not wear a bra for a few days. Don't know why that works, but it clears it right up. I think the elastic in the bras irritate it. You know how they roll up under the breasts! Nightmare!

I have the same problem with the rash. I too, am large breasted. I have tried Gold Bond, but honestly it seems to aggravate it due to the medicine in it. I read on here about trying corn starch. I used it this morning, and it already feels better. Kind of ironic, because a few weeks ago, I found 2 1lb boxes of corn starch for 74 cents. :) Also read about a chlorinated pool for relief. I have a pool, but have been leery about going in. Gonna try that later on. Now, my last question is... why in the WORLD do women get breast augmentations? lol

I had problems for Years with that nasty rash! Finally I discovered that Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural antiperspirant/deodorant!! Now I fill a cup with AC Vinegar, to let the strong scent evaporate somewhat. Next I use a small spray bottle (that sprays a fine mist) and fill it with the AC Vinegar. I use this the same as any deodorant, and also under my breasts or anywhere folds in my skin make a rash. I have also cut my consumption of sugar, I try to stay around 20 grams of sugar a day (give or take a little)... just read the nutrition label. These two changes have completely healed the rash!!! So now, even on days when I can't eat very small amounts of sugar, the rash is still gone. Just had to let you know!! :)

Hi I have the same and do not feel it is yeast or fungus. My boob itched and i scratched it. It became red and hurt so i put neosporin on it. Well the next day everywhere the neosporen touched became red. I think it might have been an elergic reaction. However, I think i will try using the gold bond powder! Thanks :))

Ok, this is an update on a previous post. I have been using apple cider vinegar ( a natural antiperspirant/deodorant) now for a month and the skin under my breasts has cleared completely, and actually looks like a young persons skin again! (I'm 62) No more rash, no more breakouts under my breasts, just clear, firm skin. At just over $1 for a 32 oz. bottle, I'm SOLD! Especially considering how hot it has been this summer it's great to spray on a light mist and I no longer sweat excessively! This also works for any lady who, for whatever reason cannot wear a bra.... as even skin on skin the vinegar works! I'm not kidding! :)

I have had this rash before, but this time, it was worse than ever. I kinda traded off on different creams, and I fortunately have a pool, and the chlorine is a big help. But the lady who did my mammogram told me to try mini pads under my breasts to absorb the moisture. I took two and stuck them together. Total of 4 and put them under my breasts. Worked wonders!! I used Mysolex, hyrdrocoritzone and also an over the counter acne medicine with benzoyl peroxicide. All at different times. Looking great!! Thank goodness!! It's so embarrassing.

I have rashes under my breasts and have tried all powders and diaper rash creams...I have started using essential oils and have found that melaleuca mixed with coconut oil works great for me!!! I use doterra so it is a pure oil. I keep it in my bathroom and put it on as soon as I start to get a rash and it cools immediately and the rash is better the next day....
