Hello Ladies,  I have the same problem. I have large breast and get rashes either from my underwire or warmer days and sweating. I have found that (Desitin cream) that you use for babies for rashes helps me alot.  I have not tryed putting like a sock or papertowl under my breast but i am going to try that and see if that helps also.  But the desitin does help me.

I've had this for years! A friend heard that  diaper rash ointment (aka zinc oxide) works and it's starting to work within 2 days! (I put powder over it so it isn't sticky) We'll see if it continues to work when it's really hot outside and I'm running around all day in the heat sweating to death! I will definitely start washing my bras in hot water... I've always used the cold/delicate cycle. I've had an idea for a bra that adresses this issue for years but need a patent and some $ to make it happen!! Anyone interested?

I've had a rash under my breasts and belly for a week.  I came here after 5 days to get some advice because it kept getting worse.  I tried hydrogen perxiode before that, and I think that made it worse.  So I tried the vinegar, but everything stung and I was in pain no matter what I tried.  Finally I stopped a new powder I was using "NutriBiotic Natural Body and Foot Powder with tea tree and GSE" (grapefruit seed extract).  It is talc & paraben free.  It was fine until the rash started, which I think happened after I got in a hot tub that wasn't as clean as it should have been.  I didn't realize the powder was making it worse until after five days of suffering.  Then I washed with vinegar and used cornstarch and the stinging is gone and its starting to clear up.  I thought the powder would be just the right thing for this, but apparently it does not work with my skin.

I have a rash under my breasts all summer long. I also have neck and back pain. I am currently trying to get my insurance company yo approve coverage for a breast reduction. I am a 38G and want to be a C. Rash under the breasts in one of the symptoms of Macromastia (large breast disproportionate to size) and many insurance companies/plans will cover the procedure.

I have used, with complete success, diaper rash cream.  Specifically, Desitin, in the purple tube.  Cleared mine up almost completely the same day.  It costs less than $5.00.

I have a bad rash under one breast also.  I called my doctor this morning and he called me in some topical cream and a prescription for another medication, which does not allow me to take Lipitor for two weeks.  Also they said during the hot summer months to use Zeasorb AF Powder that you can get over the counter at Walgreens or some store like it.

The rash under my breasts has been driving me crazy for a week or more. We have been having temperatures over 100 degrees... above average heat conditions. I have tried lots of things including the painful vinegar trying to control this rash. There are some good ideas in this thread and I have not tried them all. I just wanted to post that I have gotten lots of relief from the itching and discomfort by using calamine lotion, and it keeps the skin dry if I reapply it as needed. I just thought I would toss this into the mix if someone else wants to experiment with it.

Try using Gold Bond medicated powder.  I too have that problem and this seems to keep it in control.

Use Tea Tree oil and your rash will clear up right away. You can buy it at your local health food store for sure and possibly in

your supermarket.

The best solution I have found (am a 44 DD) is any anti fungal (like for feet) cream. I try to keep the area dry to begin with...ie powder...but the anti fungal cream clears it faster than anything I have found. The rash is a fungus; does not matter if you bathe daily, the heat and perspiration will start the process of the fungus.

Good luck; going to get more cream today myself!!

Go to the doctors and get tested for Diabetes. The rash under your breast is a yeast infection and could be caused form your sugar in your body being to high.

These are yeast infections. Yeast infections are caused by diet. Eliminate All sugar sources, bread, pasta, and starches, besides fruit and vegetables, and I promise this will go away quickly. Having large breasts and sweating doesnt help this situation, but the issue starts with diet.

Diaper cream. After washing a patting dry (gently), apply a thin layer of diaper cream. This works usually in just one application. However, this rash occurs right around my period and with lots of stress.
