How about hydrogen peroxide therapy

I was also treating a UTI. Cannot do anti biotics except Z Pak with some difficulty. I have been using garlic, bee propolis and or pollen, Vit C, oregano oil instead. Also drinking a lot of fluids. It's working and I'm a whole lot better but you have to stay on top of it like 3 times a day with supplements and it does take longer than antibiotics but I just can't take them. Made me severely ill. get rest and eat fresh foods.

I feel her pain. I've been very sick most of my life, born with an atrial septal defect in my heart and found early I was allergic to penicillin. I'm almost 44 years old with lupus, arachnoiditis, RA and I've been dealing with a back issue for the last 6 years and going on my 9th back surgery tomorrow. I've taken all the antibiotics you can think of due to my surgeries and ending up with MRSA and then spinal osteomyelitis which paralyzed me for months. I have since had anaphylactic shock to Keflex, vancomycin and others. It’s scary to think I need antibiotics for surgery tomorrow and which will actually kill me the next time. I was about 2 minutes from death the last time. I hope they find a way to help us who can’t take antibiotics.

Hi there. I was prescribed Trimethoprim for a urine infection which was OK to begin with. Then I tad horrible naseau and the shakes in my 6th pill. It's now Tuesday and I have not been able to eat properly since Saturday. I've been on soup and bread due to the fact that I feel too sick to eat. Which has also made me lightheaded as I cannot eat properly and haven't had any sugar in days. I was then prescribed Nitrofurantoin which I assumed would be OK as the dosage was lower. I took one last night and within hours the naseau was back and I couldn't sleep. I had the shakes again and I started hallucinating. My doctor told me I was antibiotics resistant so while the infection may clear up my body will start to attack itself. I managed to take half of my course and he thinks it will now probably clear up with lots of fluids. But he say I may have to find other remedies in the future.

Hi, this is a long shot but just this week my mother had tests done to see what antibiotics she can take and apparently there is one left for her to try. Every other single one, she is allergic too and she is petrified. How do you cope with any illness then? Have the doctors not been able to help you at all? I find it truly ridiculous in his day and age that there are not medicines to help people like yourself and my mother?

I too suffer from severe allergies. I'm not sure if I'm allergic to antibiotics or something they put in them. But I am off the charts allergic to mold and grasses. I have had to drastically change my diet which has helped and I am very slowly remodeling my house inside and out to make it an allergy free safe zone. (Tile floors, no VOC paints, plants outdoors that have low pollen counts) I'm on the last day of an antibiotic to treat a urinary tract infection and have been having asthma, sniffles, and itchiness the whole week I've been on it. I use herbals, essential oils, and cold pressed juices as treatment but still don't feel good. I suffered through the antibiotic but I don't feel like it worked. My stomach hurts. Maybe my appendix? Or I have a history of painful ovarian cysts. Not sure but I'm scared to go to doctors because I feel worse now since I took the antibiotic. Today is my last day on it. How do i know if I'm just getting sicker or if I'm reacting to the antibiotic?

Hi, I have reoccurring UTI's. I am allergic to all antibiotics. If i get sick where I have to have an antibiotic, i get admitted to hospital. They give me IV benadryl with the IV antibiotic's. The doctors then sent me home after 4 days, with Ceftin. I told him, I couldn't take it with out the benadryl. They told me to take benadryl around the clock for 8 days. How do they expect me to be able to work with that much benadryl in my system. Feeling very frustrated!

I am allergic to almost all antibiotics. .. if your wife boosts her immune system, she should be able to fight off most things naturally ... as that may be her only source of relief. Probiotics. .. vitamin D with K3 .... 1000 my of vitamin C... omega 3 1000 my and Aloe Juice ... straight aloe juice 1 ounce per day .... lilly if the dessert is the brand I use. Also Clyndomyocen is one type I can't tolerate. .. best of luck

I am allergic to all types of chemicals,those used to preserve food, pollutants, sprays, soaps etc., all antibiotics and opiates, sulphas etc. Here is the thing in the light of all this there is Biblical fasting, water only for three days or seven days. It's not easy but is not dangerous. There are very good books to show you how.. e.g. God's Chosen Fast. Under supervision if you are worried....however it's worth a try. I'm sure our bodies are screaming for relief from all the chemicals we ingest on a daily basis. Fasting with water cleanses the body and also fights infections naturally, for those of us who struggled its a very safe option..lok up people who have been helped this way on the internet....

I too am allergic to almost all antibiotics! And A Z pack or zithromiacin is all that I can take that doesn't cause severe reaction. I too worry that one day I'm going to be in trouble with sickness and not be able to take medication.

Zithromax is the only antibiotic I'm not allergic too also. I know what you mean about the fear.

U r the first person I have heard of that is allergic like I am. I'm also allergic to antib. And all opiates. I didn't used to be. In fact I took pain medication successfully for many years. In about 2009 I started feeling weird. Just off. I didn't connect it to my medication st all. I even had 2 antiphalactic episodes. Scared the shut out of me !! Also before that happened I notice by the end of the day my heart would be racing and skipping in my chest. Some times it would happen some not. I day I accidentally spilled my pill bottlle. As I was putting them back in the bottle I noticed something. Even tho they were the same brand snd strength, some looked a little different. Some where considerably taller and whiter and the numbers on the oddly shaped. I also noticed that some, like always would dissolve the second they hit my tounge. The taller ones did not. I speared the 2. I had an bottle from a few months previous and compared them. The shorter ones were RXACTKY LIKE WHATid always taken. The talkers ones, not. Then the next day, I only took the shorter ones. I had not bad reactions at all Biz as usual. So then I tried just taking the taller ones. OMG!!! I thought I was going to have a heart attack. My whole body felt like it was vibrating from the inside out. My gums inside of nose mouth even my privates, all the mucous membrains felt on FIRE! My lungs and chest were burning. I tested this several times. I could even taste a difference between the 2. That " bad" ones tasted like the smell of the homing oil my husband would use in his shop. They just tasted dirty. I don't know how to explain. Called my dr. Told him. He said must be a bad batch. Order more for me. This time the WHOLE prescription were all the slightly taller slightly whiter in color ones. Something had changed in the manufacturing. I had the same type sensation from the antibiotics given to me when I landed in the hospital after my kidney tube ( ureter ) ruptured. Oh. That was the other thing. When taking the bad ones, my bladder felt as tho it was filled with SAND!! So painful. I got so sick from these medications. I too am scared to death of hurting myself or getting sick and ending up in the hospital unable to explain about this " allergy"to all medications. It's truly terrifying. The heart , the breathing the feeling of doom the weird physical pain. I would love to find someone doing a study. Even compounded medication isn't always safe. I have found any products made by a certain pharmaceutical co, I absolutly can not take. The scary thing is, this co is a major supplier of ingredients to other pharm manufactures! There is so much more to this I can say , but don't want to just ramble. I know these post I'm responding to are a yr old. Would love to hear more from someone allergic to all medications. Thank u. For what it's worth, I know someone similar to you. She got pneumonia. The Dr. put her in ICU and used steroids and antihistamines to counteract the allergy to erythromycin. She was allergic to many other antibiotics. So if you're in a life and death situation, you can get help. Try not to worry because that torments you. I'm allergic to many antibiotics also. But not anaphylaxis. Just itchy rashes. I can still take a few but I avoid them unless I'm really really sick.
