I have similar problem as this person. I am 30 years old and from India. I didn't have sex yet but should get married soon. My penis is around 1 inch when flaccid and around 3.5 to 4 inch when erect. My penis foreskin does not retract much and is bonded at the edge where penis starts to curve down. Also most of the penises I have seen in google have a slight ring like bulge before starting to curve down. My penis curves down smoothly like a pencil.

3.5" is suitable for sex. The nerves are near the outside edge of the vagina.
Try different positions. You can find on that lets you get in deeper.
Ideally your foreskin will retract. Have you tried to stretch it? It will make it more comfortable for you. You can have sex even if it does not retract. Use your fingers to spread the opening OR get an erection and pull down on the shaft skin so that the glans spreads the opening. It's common for it not to retract up to about 16 or so. There more often you do it the faster you'll notice results.
Ejaculating fast will not please your partner. Learn "edging." Focus on the feelings you get just before you ejaculate. The idea is to bring yourself to that point and stop. Let the feeling go away and then bring yourself back to that point again, and again. Do it as often as you can. It helps YOU learn control.
