Hey Guys!

I have NO idea if this is going to help you, but i just spend a while reading EVERY post and alot of it feels like how i felt 4 years ago!

I had BLOATING (biggest problem), throwing up, back pain, tired alot

Bloating- almost always but mostly after i ate
Throwing up- not really nausea but more food in my throat that NEEDED to come up. and most of the time i couldnt stop it from coming up and out
Back pain- especially lower back
Fatigue- overall just tired alot

I had been dealing with these for YEARS and after MANY doctors, and MANY tests came out that i was 'totally fine' the doctor ruled it as "Stress" because i was 16 at the time.

I then went to a naturopath and in FORTY FIVE mins he told me to STOP EATING GLUTEN (in wheat flour).. i now live completly gluten free and feel AMAZING. I didnt even realize HOW BAD i actually felt till i stopped eating gluten.

I do still have trouble digesting dairy, greese, carbination, sugars.. basically everything. It is not NEAR as bad at gluten but still make me feel ill.. im thinking aswell as being gluten intolerant i may also have Gastroparesis.

Im going to head back to my naturopath.. hes a life saver.

HOPE THIS HAS HELPED!

I've had similar problems: back aches, nausea, vomiting, arthritis since this past july. I've puked 5 times since July. 2 were due to a urine infection (wasn't cured the first time), but the other 3 were unknown. all my blood levels and urine samples came back fine, so i'm not sure what's going on. it's really frustrating 'cause i'm in school and always afraid i'll puke or something. i'm a young female, who's been diagnosed with hypothyroidism (being treated now) and is obese. does anyone know if those factors could lead to these symptoms? I know staring at a comp screen produces nausea for me, but i've never had actual vomiting problems before. also, does anyone know if there's a link between dehydration and vomiting? i know that if you vomit, you get dehyrdated, but is there a link in the reverse direction? Thanks.

I've had similar symptoms as everyone else. Had a bunch of tests run; they could not find anything. Kept telling me it was due to stress or in my head. While stress did make my symptoms worse, it was not the cause. Now I am treating it myself as if it's CANDIDA OVERGROWTH. Do some research on this yourself. And first step: avoid all sugar and yeast! also try to eat a low carb diet and see if you feel better. There's also a home test but I question the reliability of it.

Let me know if this works for anyone. Hope this helps

I had these symptoms a couple years ago and went to an allergist/immune specialist. He did 98 food allergy tests and I found that normal foods, even healthy foods make me sick. I stopped all processed foods with chemicals and avoided dairy, gluten and those items I am most allergic to. I felt great. Slowly I began slipping away from my good eating habits, particularly bread and dairy. Same symptoms reappeard. Back on track again. Not a fun way to eat, but I feel better

I have had all these same symptoms for the past few years and it just got worse and worse. I would suggest that you do a Toxin cleanse. I purchased one from Natures Sun shine. I completely changed my eating habits last year, and I felt a world of a difference. My bowels are now regular where I was so constipated I was ending up in the emergency room. My stomach growled extremely loud it was embarrassing. I was so bloated people kept insisting I was pregnant --- including my own mother. The toxins in food plays a big part of stomach problems and fatigue.

I also just found out that I have an under active thyroid. I am now taking Thryosol which has been amazing. I was tested for Hypothyroid 4 years ago and the test were always negative. However, my chiropractor suggested 2 weeks ago that take my basal body temperature. My body temp. was 96.6- 96.8 on average which is too low, it should be 97.2 I think (google it) . Since being on the Thyrsol I feel so much better. My aches and pains have really decreased, I have a lot more energy, I"m waking up in the morning instead of the afternoon now, and I have been doing a lot more vigorous activities.
I would suggest that if you are having symptoms similar to everyone's posts above to try and test your thyroid please note that a doctor can do a lot of test and still mis-diagnose thyroid disease. They say taking your basal temperature is the most accurate. Also, as someone else mentioned, I to have cut out gluten and have felt better. I also try to drink ginger and peppermint tea 2x a day which really calms my stomach.

It sounds to me like you all have symptoms for what could be celiac disease. Get tested for it - you have to ask your doc for the tests, which consist of a blood test and an endoscopy. Don't keep suffering for nothing when it could be something as simple as not eating gluten.

i have similar symptoms to yourselves. bloating, nausea, no vomiting though at present, no back pain, rarely abdominal pain but i have been told it is irritable bowel syndrome and need to eat a high fibre diet not that it has done much to help my symptoms. my doctor did some tests and said it was nothing else, he said that stress had caused my ibs and i needed to calm down and take it easy.

Hi. My name is Misty. I am fifteen, and I've been having stomach problems for as long as I can remember. It's been getting worse and worse, and just for around the last 2 1/2-3 months it's gotten to the point where I can't eat or drink anything without feeling sick, even if it's in small quantities. I can't even drink a glass of milk or water without feeling full and nautious. My doctor thought I had IBS, so he gave me medicine two years ago. He also thought I had acid reflux, so I was given medicine for that. But the problem is, none of it helps. He has tested for mono, and other problems such as diabetes, by doing bloodwork to determine my vitamin, iron, blood sugar levels, etc...He has checked my blood pressure, and everything. He has even done allergy tests to find I have an immunoglobulin level of 486, and between 50-100 is considered really high, but I went to an allergy specialist, and it shows that I have NO allergies what-so-ever. Immunoglobulins are the antibodies your body produces to fight against something in your body, whether it be allergies, viruses, etc... He did bloodwork, and also found nothing. I even missed my period, so I thought I was pregnant because of my symptoms, but I took a test that said negative, and then I got my period the next month when I would have had it if I'd had my last period, & I even took a second test to make sure I wasn't. My symptoms are very strange, and I've noticed many of you have had them as well. They include: Stomach pain, nausea, early satiety (when you go to eat and are hungry, but you feel full and bloated before you should, and you still feel hungry, but can't eat), cramping, constant fatigue & insomnia (I get so tired that by 8 pm I'm falling asleep, but I go to bed and wake up a whole bunch during the night, and then I'm still really tired in the morning when I wake up), back aches, shortness of breath, head aches; and other things that I can't even begin to think of at the current moment, I am so tired. I feel so sick, and I want to sleep all the time...Last time I was so tired like this I was 5 or so, and they wanted to admit me to the hospital, because my blood count was so off; and they thought I had cancer or something (which I didn't, I had mono, which I've already been tested for). They don't know what's wrong, and nobody seems to believe me; my mom thinks I'm making it all up, but I swear I'm not. I've been in tears so many times over this, and I've been so sick I couldn't move before. I get more bloodwork and lab tests done on the 4th and the 18th of February, and my doctor is making me an appointment with a stomach specialist. If you have any suggestions, or experiences similar, please let me know. Thank you.

I also had something like food poisoning a month ago and I am also having the same symptoms although i can hold back the vomiting. I wonder if could be allergies or something else?

If you have bloating, etc. symptoms do not hesitate to go to your GYN and insist on test. I had a friend that was 52, tiny & petite and was bloated all the time & uncomfortable. The GYN sent her to a Gastroenterologist. By the time she found out she had Ovarian CA it was in the later stages. It makes me angry to know that she tried to get help early enough on. My Mother passed away 17 years ago from Ovarian CA and she was diagnosed w/ an Ovarian Cyst & they never had her come back to make sure & do more testing. When hers was found she was in the later stages too. Another friend went to her GYN and she didn't suspect it was GYN related, told her not to worry. She was bleeding and was already into menopause. Sure enough, she's the later stages too but they are coming out w/ better treatments all the time. It's come back again but she's still fighting! So here are three cases scenarios. Please insist on your GYN running test to make sure it's not Ovarian CA even if they say it isn't. Not satisfied, go to another doctor! Hope this helps! Better safe than sorry as they say.

i get bloating, stomach pain, nausea, occasionally vomiting and back pain occasionally from a variety of causes.
-Stress-exhausting your body, period, environmental factors
-Some vitamins, natural remedies, metabolic enhancers and diet tablets also had this effect on me.
-Too much of a certain food group-mainly dairy
-Mixing certain foods and drinks together-eg softdrink or juice with diary
-my friend had simular problems, she has a thyroid condition. But also intolerance to gluten not celiac.
-i have all the celiac disease symptoms, except for being tested for it and comming up negative. But lately i have been on a diet and have cut out any form of gluten and i have had no symptoms since. (Celiac symptoms are rapid onset, Gluten intolerance are temporary).
-it also could be excess fluid retention-the stomach swells, is extremely painful. Monitor your input/putput, and attempt to limit your salt(sodium) intake, this may help.

The most likely cause is stress or insufficient nutrients.

Strange, I've had similar symptoms. I'm 16 and have had periodic nausea, lost of appetite and am always exhausted. I also have cold and hot flashes constantly. I'm posistive it's not from a pregnancy so I'm stumped. I've been clinically depressed for years now and always assumed that these were connected, but I'm not so sure. It's gotten worse lately and I'm going to the doctor soon, but my doctor isn't very reliable so I doubt I'll get any useful diagnosis. If anyone gets a diagnosis that's useful, let me know.
