I don't know if any of you in this thread have tried pain medications, but I just had back surgery for 2 bulging discs & I had these exact same symptoms two times during my struggles with back pain. Once, when I tried oral extended-release morphine and gained about 10 pounds, was totally constipated, bloated & nauseated all the time. The bloating, constipation, etc. Immediately resolved as soon as I switched meds. And, the second time when I was trying to decrease the pain pills after surgery, woke up in the middle of the night with a huge, tender, bloated belly, couldn't move from side to side without awful, stabbing cramps, felt very constipated & nauseated! I tossed & turned, was up all night, felt too weak to get to the kitchen for a drink I was so thirsty for, & turns out I was having symptoms of the pain medicine withdrawal!! I had even taken one pill before bed, & not changed my diet or anything else recently, but it was just my body reacting in a strange way to get my attention! So, even if none of you relate, don't forget it could be so many things! You have to remember to mention every thing you can think of to your doctor (pharmacist, whoever) to find the most accurate fix for your specific issues! I wish you all luck & health in this newyear!!
Did any1 get any answers to these syptoms am experiencing the same been going on 7months and being to get depressed with it all pleae let me know.
I have gastroperesus, and have had it for 5 years.....ITS HELLLLLLLLLLLL...and the fact that it is uncurable is madening.....I wake up puking for hours and the nautious feeling I have begun to resent. I hate solid food, the thought of it, the look of it and for the past 3 months have been living off Boost Diabetic nurtriotional shakes, and fruit and 0 percent yogurt. From what i have been told it means your stomach is paralyized. However recently, I have been even more ill and am questioning if I have another hernia, I had an abdominal hernia where my bowel was stuck in the hole and was very ill, but i can't figure out if I am for real sick or if its my Gastroperisus. I feel very weak, very tired, solid food is a defiante no, and i throw up always. I am scared, and tired of being sick and in pain....seriously, 5 years my dentist had to cap my teeth because of stomach bile ruining my teeth, and my esophogus hurts and bleeds when i throw up...any doctors out there have any suggestions?
Suggestion: Celiac Disease... do some research and see if this helps anyone.
I agree with the person who said stop eating junk food, get more fiber, and excersize a little more. We have to be accountable for what we are doing to our bodies as the answer is probably right in front of us! We just have to stop being in denial and do what we know needs to be done and quit making excuses.
I know this is exactly what I need to do!
Good luck and God bless!

To Anonymost:
It doesn't sound like ovarian cysts. If you had them your lower stomach would be sensitive to touch and vibration.
Accompanied by possible severe (enough to make you sweat and not be able to stand) to moderate sharp pain.
Periods may also be very heavy. All women develop cysts naturally during the menstrual cycle, it is only when the
cysts get abnormally large (and burst) then there are problems.
Though if you believe you have a problem with them it is best to go for a catscan of the pelvic region.
You should all be tested for celiac disease. Or at least try cutting gluten out of your diet (completely!) for a few weeks.

I feel that way right now! I have been sick all night. It got so bad that I had to make myself vomit since it would not stop. This is still happening the next day. I going to the doctor today, so i find out what it can be
Here's my s/sx: I have gas every morning, gas everyday, I feel bloated but not much, I get hungry but sometimes when I eat I feel like my stomach won't accept the food and then feel like vomiting, I vomitted but just once. Sometimes I eat and then feel well again. I get nausea, i just feel unwell. I am delayed by 15 days already but I don't think I am pregnant.
I take fluids a lot but my system won't take caffeine so I drink orange juice and water which makes me feel better. It's been days already and I want this to stop. I don't have enough money to see the doctor. It's winter and snowing but I don't think I have flu because I took the flu shot.
What could this be? T_____T
Everybody are having gastric symptoms now. For bloating, nausea, vomiting and fatigue problems, it could be due to IBS. Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
My daughter has the exact same thing. She has been tested for everything and nothing shows up. I really believe its the genetically modified foods. I have acid reflux and ten years ago I had never heard of that, now everyone has it.
yes my daughter has has this for the past two years, throwing up each morning, headaches and dizzyness and feeling so rundown and sick, she has had nunerous blood test and all come back normal,,I am so worried about her,,, Some of the Drts think it may be panic and anxiety attacks,

I know this post is over a year old, however i am having the same symptoms. It started 6 months ago just before my GCSE'S and so the doctor put it under an Anxiety problem. I went back after my exams and i did a blood test. I was given Vitamin tablets, and travell sickness pills. None did anything! I went back, did another blood test and was given Omeprazole, This turns the excess acid in your stomach to water, like the ones for heart burn but there are alot stronger. again these did nothing. I went back a week ago, and did 7 blood tests. 7 !!!. This was litterally every bloodtest they can do. results came back and they found a deficiancy in Folic Acid. Folic Acid is a Vitamin B that the body uses to help absorbe food for digestion. I also got asked to so ANOTHER blood test but i wasnt aloud to eat for 14 hours before it, this was to check my Glucose levels. The folic acid tablets AGAIN have had no effect but i have only been taking them for 4 days. I am getting so stressed out! it has completely destroyed my social life, i cant go to town or out without feeling as though i am going to vomit all the time, i sometimes even start to gag and i am supposed to start college in 2 weeks! i get the results from my bloods next thursday and i hope to God that they can fix me! The ONLY thing that i find that helps are Ginger Root Tablets. These are just Powdered Ginger Roots. They are a Nautral Nausea relief and they do a little good, but still not enough to go out. anyone cured yet?!
My mother in law has been diagnosed with Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome. She is treated with Zofran and Reglan when she enters an episode of severe vomiting, but can prevent most episodes from occurring by taking the antidepressant Nortriptoline (not sure about spelling); which is a weird old drug that has some side effects, but it's amazing how much better she is with it. May be something to check out.
