Hey there very interesting. I was wondering during about the masterbation effects? & if this could be the underlined cause of all of this? Have u found that stopping masterbation has helped at all? Did the burning sensation stop?

I have experienced the exact same thing for about 10 years now cannot find answers! I generally only experience these issues after consuming alcohol then having sex. Or sometimes if I have sex in the morning and I maybe dehydrated. Only a few times have experienced this without having sex out of the countless times I have dealt with it. Generally it subsides over approximately 40-60 minutes.

All,
I have the same issue and it helps If i drink a ton of water to flush my system after alcohol consumption, If I drink alcohol I better stay extra hydrated. I will also so say that I suffer from what my doctor call minor gastritis I take Prevacid as needed.

My doc and I figured out that, at least for me, it's Interstitial Cystitis and my triggers are caffeine and alcohol. If I avoid them, I'm perfectly fine. If I drink them, even if only 1 drink, my bladder feels like I drank battery acid. It feels like it is literally sizzling in there. It is painful and unrelenting. Numbing medication like AZO does help tremendously, though not entirely. Give it a try - and don't be freaked out that your urine is dark orange/red, lol.

Me too! This is exactly my problem. I'm not one for hangovers but since you said this, it makes tons of sense. Maybe I just have a slight hangover instead of a very intense one?

I experience the same thing but it usually comes with a day or two of straight drinking. My tip feels like it's burning and I constantly have the need to piss, so I will stay standing over the toilet to allow drainage. But no matter what, the discomfort persists .

I don't think my case is allergenic although I have gotten allergic to Marijuana. Perhaps is the lack of H2o I have in my body. I have experienced a few times prior to this post, yet hesitant to go to the doctors (Male stereotype).

Hopefully I recall to do a follow up piece as I try simply drinking water yo see if it will work, in my case. Thus far I've experienced this discomfort for about 30 mins. Have a great day.

I'm a 37 male and have a burning sensation after consuming alcohol. It doesn't start straight away but goes on for hours after. I find drinking water helps. Sort of.

I have discussed this with my mother. I am a twenty three year old female when I drink it burns my vagina. My mother thinks it may just be an allergy to it. I am also allergic to perfume which contains alcohol so it makes sense.

I get this when I drink bear. I don't know why but it always came to my mind that it was something like formaldehyde that was responsible. I don't remember ever getting it with spirits or wine. It's always beer. It's also as if the CO2 irritation reaches the urethra.

I recommend trying vodka or gin as they tend to have the least impurities.

Sex (or masturbation) leads to mechanical urethritis which can make it more sensitive to irritants. You should get tested regularly anyway or after any instant of unprotected sex but things like this are also normal.

There are probably multiple reasons, depending on the person, their genes, the substance, their immune system, etc. Science isn't going to go that deep into it unless it's something like an STD. There are a huge range of potential and variable causes for irritation to the urethra. The main thing really is that it's a very sensitive inner membrane.

I get the burning sensation straight after drinking my first drink, however I also experience burning the next day if I have a few nights drinking too. The interesting thing is I have also developed an allergy to weed, a connection maybe?
