Hey all.....seems none of you have had much luck with doctors...maybe you should consider looking into natural medicine, particularly chinese natural medicine.....also an osteopath to have posture, back and neck checked...believe it or not if something is out of whack with ur neck etc this can affect digestion, cause dizziness and some of the other symptoms I have read above.....this may sound a bit silly but you never know....to the  15 year old girl on this thread, I know you posted a while ago, but just incase you see this....for you I strongly suggest you look into natural medicine because the thing about that is the way your treated not only treats your existing problems but also at making you body and immune system stronger so your body is better able to handle problems....it can also help with any stress any of you maybe under....btw...I dont mean just going to a health shop and buying chinese herbs I mean finding a chinese natural medicine practitoner....a fully qualified one......ask around word of mouth is often helpful on these things.to find one in your area....hope this makes sense and helps....good luck to you all.

I have the exact same symptoms that are described and there is a real chance you could have acute pancreatitis. This is causes by abusing alcohol and it starts to break down your pancreas. It causes the bloating, burping, light headedness and so forth. You should ask your doctor to do a blood test to see how your pancreas is functioning. It can be a deadly problem.

I've had all that done, I'm good. The only thing I have is gerd and gastritis. Gerd can be responsible for it but I've had gerd for years and am just now getting these symptoms

Go in if its that bad...Pancreatitis is a real problem expecially if you drink alot or did in the past

I also have the same simptoms...I do not drink or smoke...have thyroid problems, anemia...now thinking of gluten intolerance...

some of youre symptoms sound similar to mine. Like i eat anything, it doesnt matter what or how much, im burping like crazy. the only way I know how to explain is like this acid that comes from my somach into my chest and is relieved through burping. I feel so bloated whenever I eat so often try to resolve this by not eating. I get hungry though so that doesnt work...i noticed though that if I eat stuff like fruits and nuts the problem is not nearly as bad. when i eat things such as pizza chicken nuggets tacos burgers fries and all that greasy stuff, ohhh man I feel terrible for hours....well it doesnt seem like anything resolves it but if i eat less greasy fatty foods the suffering is a lot less traumatic. It is a very uncomfortable feeling. I think it has something to do with you're digestive tract. not sure though...it is quite unpleasurable dealing with it everyday I know what you mean. XD lol hope this helps...

hey you all. im a 25 yo male and have been battling this for half a year. i started out when i used to smoke marijuana. i stopped smoking for a month now. i had a bad reflux attack that made me stop while under the influence. i just kept burping constantly and my heart was racing felt like i was going to have a heart attack i called 911 and was rushed to the hospital but everything was good. i got a ekg test & cbc (bloodwork). they told me it could just be acid reflux so thats what im guessing.i purchased prilosec otc. i was on it for like 3 days then i stopped. a week later after heavy drinking i felt it again the next morning. i tried to cope with it since i dont have insurance but i gave up and went back to the er. this time i got an chest xray and another ekg. everything came back fine again. Its driving me crazy. i dont fall asleep until 8am i couldnt imagine being employed like this. i stopped drinkin im watchin what i eat but i still have symptoms but not as bad as when i did my vices. sometimes my neck feels funny, i burp air alot, my heart races up and down at times especially when i try and sleep to the point it makes be jump out of my sleep the moment i do sleep and i feel like just running for help. at that point i will get the dizzy and light head spells until i sit up and relax for a few minutes then it goes thank you GOD. i hear anxiety doesnt mix well with this reflux or whatever the problem is. but sometimes i cant help but to be anxious for the next attack or uneasy feeling to come. im not over weight im probably underweight for my height. one resolution i did find was braggs apple cider vinegar. 3 teaspoons or tablespoons in a cup of water with some honey. it releaves any tightness in the chest within minutes. but then i get anxious from feeling bad all day that im afraid to fall asleep right away. my next move is to get a cat scan or mri and i will look into the H. pylori infection that you guys were speaking about. i just want to know its not my heart and i will feel sooooo much better. i havent been able to work out my social life is going down the drain. i feel like waking up tomorrow morning IF I SLEEP and just taking a jog. i will keep you guys posted. peace.....love....clarity & happiness 8-|

Hey ez yea sometimes it can be alarming and you sound a lot like I did when I first got it. I took protonics and it helped a lot..with that excersize a the right kind of diet for about a year i had it under control. So much so that I went an entire year with protonics. Ofcorse then I thought I'm healed let me drink and smoke again, let me eat these crazy nasty foods.. and ofcorse it came back worse than before. Now I've been.spitting blood. Just hang in there man it can be scary but you're not alone. Just make a few commitments and your life will be back on track. I would eat turkey sandwich nature valley grain bar boost or ensure and cereal about every 4 hours.. and go for walks. I walked a mile home from work everyday. It helps.

Hi.. how has it went and did it go away partially or fully yet? also... water can be acidic..... I find drinking coconut water is soothing and helps.

This is some type of imbalance and takes a few years to get back to normal. Sleep early. Eat light many meals... Do not have an empty stomach! it lets acid build and create that feeling of anxiety..... when the acid goes.. so goes away the anxiety! sleep on a few pillows elevated if needed for awhile.... dont let food back up and irritate your esophogas... and diet.. no chocolate, not too much sugar, no olil greasy stuff.. NO chicken grease.... no alchohol...

lean turkey string beans, mashed potatoes, a few apple slices, banana, water or if irritating you coconut water... mild food, well balanced.... nothing to trigger more acid... a five day cycle of prilosed ... on in the morning BEFORE you eat anything... puffed rice skim milk...
you get the idea.. but lots of early nights... reading reduce stress.

slowly be paitent.. and don't go backward - no drinking coffee etc
