What hasn't been mentioned in this thread is the age when masturbation started. If a boy masturbates from a very early age then may be this changes his eventual penis size from what it would have been if he didn't masturbate until puberty.

If you come accross people saying they are 14 and are 8 inches, unless they have had surgery, this is impossible, surveys have been carried out and the average size of a 15 year old male is 5.5, this data may be outdated, also it has been proven that skin colour does affect size, native american being higher than black people and hispanics being higher than white and asian being higher than nothing. Also if you have a black person in your family, and you are their grandson etc, you have a 75% chance of having their genes.
There have been scientific studies on penis size, and the final analysis of all of them indicate that the eventual, adult, maximum size of the organ is directly proportional to the amount of testosterone in the blood stream during puberty, and genetics. And research also indicates, there is absolutly nothing you can do to influence either one of those things! Trust me. I've been looking into this for 35 years now (I'm 55). I've led a healthy and active sex life since my late teens. Single til 30, married (and monogamus) for 18 years, and several relationships since my divorce (7 yrs). I agree, I'm 14, and my boyfriend (yes, I'm gay, get over it haters) says the size of my penis (6.25 inches) is pretty big for a guy like me, and I've been masturbating since I was 12, though I can't remember what size, I'm gonna say 4 inches. So yeah, masturbating does increase the size, I know from experience.
