I've had an itchy anus for about 2+ years now. My doctor tells me I just need to not itch it and wipe more gently after ruling out a yeast infection, hemmoroids, and a parasite. I've noticed recently that my anus regularly secretes a small amount of clear odorless liquid. Not enough to be confused with a stool, and not coming from my bowels (I don't think). It seems to be seeping out of the actual skin of my anus, but I could be wrong. I usually have 1 bowel movement a day after my coffee in the morning. Yesterday I sat on the toilet for a long time after wiping just reading, and before I got up I wiped again just to make sure I'd gotten it all (I'm an avid wiper) which revealed this clear liquid. I hadn't noticed it coming out of my bowels which is what leads me to believe that it's seeping out of the skin of the anus. Also, generally by the end of the day I do notice that there is a decent amount of this odorless liquid built up in my butt crack, and before going to bed is usually when the itching is the worst, so I go to the bathroom, wipe up the liquid, and the itching is better. Up until the recent wiping after sitting on the toilet for a long time incident I just assumed it was sweat that had built up throughout the day, but now I'm suspicious that it's actually seeping out. Any thoughts? I greatly appreciate your reading this & any advice or suggestions, so thank you in advance!

I'm a strait male 40s and have had the following events. Pain on my right side under my rib cage. The pain point seems to be slightly different spots, not consistently the exact same spot though always a close proximity, sometimes 20 cm from my belly button, other times further towards my side. Some times I can belch a bunch and the pain subsides. I have developed some hemriods. About 6 months ago the pain was so bad it was making me pass out, so off to an ER I went. The triage nurse then rushed me to a room and I was quickly preped with IVs and rushed to a CAT scan as they suspected my appendix which I knew it wasn't as I could press on my left lower abdomen and it didn't cause more pain and told the ER Dr this and they wanted the scan anyway. What they seen in the scan was my colon was very inflamed, and the diagnosis was colitis. They gave me two really nasty strong antibiotics for two weeks. I then went in for a colonoscopy reight after I finished the antibiotics which they removed a pallup. So now, over a month later still have this abdominal pain on my right side, which sometimes seems like excessive gas, other times I just don't know. I have notices the clear mucus from time to time through this whole series of events. I have tried to limit my milk product intake since ice cream seems to always have me running to the throne within the hour so dairy has become one suspect. My other thought is I have been on those antibiotics and I'm sure that has killed any good Flora that would normally reside in my bowels.
Has anyone tried yogart or probiotics?

What you are experiencing is called anal leakage. There are at least 10 major food preservatives found and packaged and processed food that can cause this. Go to Google and type in 10 dangerous food preservatives. They are mainly found in bread, potato chips, cheese, cereal, milk, chewing gum, and various other processed foods like ice cream. These are things that we typically eat on A regular basis. Most doctors will not know anything about this but a naturopathic doctor wil. The only way to really prevent this from happening is to stop eating packaged and processed foods. Start looking up how to eat Whole Foods properly. There are so many things that you can do with raw fruits and vegetables to make them extremely tasty. I know it does work but you will get relief if you do the best that you can to eliminate a lot of the foods that I'm sure you have probably been eating as a 19-year-old male. I really hope this helps you because I know that it is extremely itchy, and painful, leaving you awake throughout most of the night. In the meantime at least try to apply something like gold Bond, extra strength, anti-itch powder to the area. This will at least help while you were changing your diet. Drink as much water as you can. Minimum eight glasses a day. Another thing that will help is to heal your gut. Take a probiotic. Any refrigerated one in a good health food store or a Whole Foods store is best. This will help put healthy bacteria back into your: where the issue resides.

I too have had all your symptoms. After tons of tests I have a stone lodged in my pancreas. The pancreas also secrete emsymes to you colon to break down fat and digest fats from everyday foods. With out the emsymes you will pass clear liquids with out much control.

i had anal leaking, pain, some blood and a small lump just inside my anus. thought for awhile it was hemmoroids. my old dr. thought so too. he was soooooo wrong. my new dr. in 2012 sent me to a collorectal surgeon for tests. turns out i had squamous cell carcinoma. i was lucky to catch it before it spread to my lymph nodes. i am cancer free 5 yrs. bottom line is DONT WAIT if you have any symptoms at all. sincerely, Wayne.

Cholecystitis. I had severe pain under right side of rib cage for a straight 13 hrs. Ended up in the ER to find my gallbladder surrounded in fluid. It caused clear fluid to come out of everywhere. It can subside and then come back. Greasy food and alcohol can aggravate it and cause worse symptoms. If you haven't had your gallbladder removed i would start there. When you are having the pain is when you need to be seen by a Dr. If you wait for the pain to subside the swelling may go down and they won't be able to see it in a scan.

Prostate is the first thing I suspected but being only a young male (23) most doctors won't even see prostate as a possibility. My clear discharge has very limitations properties to prejac semen even that subtle but noticable odour. Just to clarify I am straight and have never experimented with the opposite sex.
It's accompanied by a lot of gas and an urgent need to pass stool at the time but I've also been getting testicular pain and for a long time I have noticed large gelatine like clumps with an off white/yellowish colour in my sperm which solidifies and almost crystallises after time as opposed to thinning out and going watery.
Going to book an apt with doctors and will push to Have all of this tested, and will return when I do.

I have a very high protein diet, not healthy but a lot of meat.

I read about 5 pages worth of reading on everybody posting. I don't have the cure. But I do have the same problem as you guys. I'm male and 60 years old... The one thing not discussed here is this. What type of Water does everybody shower with. That would also require your City and State Location. Not Address. Well Water? City Water? And the other thing. Acid Build up. I take Protonix. But have been for years. Your body makes adjustments and it may not work as well as it use to. If I may. If you drink Coffee or Soda pop. Even Milk. You might want to try eating a couple of Rolaids. Just before any coffee or any high acid drink. Waiting for acid to do damage first. Then take Rolaids. Allows damage to start. Instead of heading off by taking before... I'm not telling you this will work. But I would try it. My Daughter is Lactose intolerant. And now she is on a Bag. She had issues when she first got on the bag. Her acid was high and burning around the attachment of the bag. I suspect that the Lactose intolerance cause her the IBS she has had all her life. And the Lactose Intolerant created high acid in her in the first place. Which lead up to her having the bag now.. She is 35. For those Lactose Intolerant. You might want to look at that angle.. everybody reacts differently. Anyhow just my thoughts
