I might have a clue of what's going on i think it's a nerve related problem
I saw a guy who posted and said he feels a tingling sensation after masturbation (i think it doesn't matter if you have vaginal sex, oral sex etc.) but he didn't said that he frequently need to urinate like me and the others who replied to this thread and i have a feeling he doesn't recognized it or his brain (kinda confusing? I know it's hard to explain. So it kinda goes like this it's due to nerve that you've been masturbating a lot, having sex a lot etc. And i discovered that if you stimulate your penis(around the tip) with water (i use our shower and remove the sprinkle thingy and make it like a bidet spray) you will pee, yes you will actually pee. Try it yourself if you want to BUT don't put too much pressure on it just hit the head of (around the tip) until you will pee and if yes then let me explain more.
So it goes like this
1.tingling of penis
2.frequent need to urinate (but others on this thread don't have)
3. They said you're normal after some test (KUB ultrasound, prrostate ultrasound, urine test, blood test) but for me i still haven't gone to a cystoscopy becase i heard that it's expensive and others actually have that tingling feeling for the first time after they had an cystoscopy but don't worry we can find the solution for this don't give up
To make it clear it's some kind of nerve problem that has been "kinda" stimulating the head which makes us pee frequently which actually makes sense to me and if i further explain what my impression to what i feel, it feels something From my penis (around the tip) and near the entrance (where pee comes out) there's "something blocking along the way that needs to come out feeling" (bullseye?) so what the guy said he actually cured it after a week buying these medicine
1.Levazeo
2.Pregalin 75
But please try to talk to it with your doctor before you buy it. i'm no doctor to say that what i think is right BUT i know what my body is telling me and to further explain if this is "JUST" psychological, what triggered this for me to have this feeling 6 years ago until now? It's not like i really want to pee or something. So that ends my explanation, i actually felt this one night 6 years ago after i masturbated and reached orgasm and when i was about to sleep i have this feeling that i need to urinate and won't go away but if others have the same kind of symptoms like i have and actually cured it please i'm begging you help me cause i really can't take it anymore i have depression and anxiety because of this, But i won't give up cause i wanna get a job for my family and this might affect if this continues i'm just a 22 year old guy who masturbates a lot and if you think i have a STD or something you're wrong because i'm a virgin thank you very much for listening to me
so i have tried something that seems to work. using Hot water a cloth and a hot water reservoir. so damp the cloth with hot water , not to hot and place it on your penis and cover your balls, do this 3-5 times, 20 secs each, also repeat with the cloth wrapped around your penis and again around your balls, and the area between the balls and as****e, repeat daily.
the hot water reservoir is to be sat on, or placed in between your balls and as****e.
for best results do both.
Hi Dave here, my symptoms are...
1. MAIN SYMPTOM: constant & persistent ‘urge to urinate sensation’ which feels like a squirmy/tingling/irritating/discomfort feeling in the tip of the penis (urinary feeling is different from the conventional full bladder feeling).
2. No conventional pelvic ‘pain’ as such, more like hyper-irritation
3. PT found no internal trigger points
4. Feeling is on the inside of the urethra not on the surface.
5. Feels like residual urine is left in the urethra even though there isn’t any there.
6. Tingling/squirmy sensation ‘feels’ like a drop of urine is slowly coming out of tip of urethra/penis but there isn’t a single drop coming out.
7. Symptoms started 7th September after clenching the pelvic area and holding in (possible trauma / nerve irritation?).
8. There was ‘sharp hook pain’ at tip of the penis at the start but it lasted for only a few days.
9. Doesn’t feel like bladder pressure or bladder related (bladder feels fine).
10. Occasional testicle pain (prickly sensation) usually after bowel release or intercourse.
11. Feels more like a penis tip tingling ‘nerve’ irritation sensation.
12. After I urinate the squirmy/tingling/irritation sensation reduces for 1 minute then instantly returns, even though my bladder is fully empty at this point.
13. Sensation is more obvious when I am in a seated position (still obvious when standing).
14. Slight discomfort when x2 Doctors performed prostate exams.
15. Doctors said my prostate feels normal.
16. Urine analysis, bloods, STD tests - all Negative.
17. Speed and flow of urine seems normal (flow test was fine).
18. Slight redness on the tip of penis (meatus).
19. Diet is very clean.
20. Bladder feels fine.
21. 6 weeks 1500mg Cipro taken (zero change in condition).
22. Even though I have the constant sensation of urinating, I can hold urine as long as I desire (No change in symptoms after urinating).
23. I can hold upto 600ml or more of urine but tend to go every 2-3 hours.
24. No incontinence or leakage.
25. No abdominal/backpain.
26. No perineum/anal pain.
27. No pain during/after urination/ejaculation.
28. Feels more like a ‘nerve’ irritation sensation (rather than organ inflammation)
29. Marginal symptom reduction when in a jacuzzi, sauna, hot bath, when laying flat on back in the morning or when walking by pacing up down (squirmy/tingling/irritable urinate urge in full force all other times)
Read a comment from a chap called Jon a few pages back. Jon... did the Amitriptyline (Elavil) prescribed by the NHS do anything for your symtoms mate?
Expert it sure is irritating. Moving around and ignoring it while you think of something else typically makes it go away. So if it is a nerve issue I
Wonder what could be done for a resolution?
How about
Jumper cables grrr
