It would not be correct to say that crohns (or any other autoimmune illness) cannot be cured. The body, with the right plant based nutrients, lifestyle adjustments and much more, can cure itself, and there are many who will tell the tale. Myself included. Conventional medicine does not have all the answers, they are led by Bigpharma who essentially run the world, and make money out of sick people, i.e keeping people sick is their business (not curing them) We must take it upon ourselves to cure ourselves and not put ourselves totally under the care of conventional treatments which are always pharmaceutical backed. Telling people that something is incurable is a sure fire way to get the mind to believe this to be true and cause life long negativity. Positive thinking that you can cure illness is what is always needed.

All, I know what it is like to suffer and have no responses that conclusively help. I had these symptoms:

- Discomfort in the rectum;
- Urge to pee all the time;

I was diagnosed with internal haemorrhoids and elected to have them injected to diminish them. After the procedure the urge to pee subsided in a couple of days. For me at least it was simply internal haemorrhoids. I never had blood spotting nor what you would call pain, just a sensation of there being something 'mid pass'.

I am feeling the same way

This can be radiating pain from kidney stones stuck in the bladder. A CT scan of kidneys and bladder can confirm it . Once the stone passes pressure on the rectum goes away. There can also be a tumor in the bladder pressing on the rectum so see a urologist.

I am 43 I have been dealing with a full rectum feeling, almost like prostatitis but it isnt. It just feels like a real sore muscle that effects every aspect of your life. My bowel movements are different, my pee stream is different almost like I have an inability to completely relax my sphincter muscles, front and back.

I have also been experiencing this pressure... caused by coughing/ from a cold... and lifting/ on my feet/ not resting. Most comfortable position is on my side. I believe it is hemmroids... get ointment... takes rest/ off feet/ and when having Bm do not push much... only aggravates... clean with gentle tp ... cleans after each Bm with warm water... avoid heating pads/moisture/and lifting... should be better in 3 weeks.

When you take antibiotics, YOU HAVE to take Probiotics, a good one, a reputable one, and not at the time you take the antibiotics..google it

I looked up some other symptoms of gluten intolerance and I'm shocked! I'm going to start a strict gluten free diet starting today and see if it doesn't help my other symptoms like anxiety, joint and muscle pain, difficulty staying focused or paying attention, as well as the symptoms that brought me to this thread.. just recently I started having this weird feeling in my urethra, almost like I needed to pee/kind of tingle but not really (that's the closest way I know how to describe it). Blood and urine tests came back negative but doctor prescribed me antibiotics anyway. They seemed to work at first, but then the feeling came back after a few days and now it also burns just slightly when I pee, I pee more frequently (about once every 1.5 hours during the day) and less comes out so it's not emptying. There's now pressure in my rectum and I got a hemrroid last week. Uncomfortable feelings seem to get worse after bowel movements and sexual activity. Prostate was checked and not swollen according to doctor. I have a cystoscopy coming up so we'll see on that. I seem to have some IBS symptoms mixed with weird urinary issues. The IBS is also listed as a possible symptom of gluten intolerance. I'm not saying it will work for sure and it can't hurt to give it a shot. Good bye cakes and cookie, bread and all the good cereals (at least for a trial period)

I have been having all the same symptoms as you guys and after a little over a week it hasn't gone away so I went to my doctor and told her what I feel. She checked me and told me I have hemrroids. That the symptoms we have can happen to people who have hemrroids.

i know that hemrroids are suppose to "bleed" and "hurt" but they haven't popped yet. That's why. My doctor had inserted her finger through my anus and told me that she felt a bump and told me it was a hemorrhoid and she prescribed me suppositorys.
