I have been tried Herbalife and it's really benefit for me. Everyone talking about weight management but my concern always how about your inner health such as cholesterol, sugar and blood pressure. After talking this product all reduce this is very important.

Don't use Herballife or any other weight losing product. I've actually thought about it when I've gained 20 pounds in a year, but I'm glad that I had a weak stomach and my doctor advised me not to take herballife. I've lost 8pounds in 2 weeks exercising. So It seems like I only need about a month more to lose all the weight I've gained for a year :-D I've been eating whatever and whenever I wanted. I've only devoted one hour a day to exercise. It seemed to be a lot of time at first, but it's really nothing. Think of the time you devote in eating!! When you think of something that you want to eat, but you're not hungry, Exercise! It will take your mind away from food, and help you concentrate on your work. Eat banana 30 minutes before your exercise and exercise around 7pm. Banana gives you energy with low calorie! And it is normal for you to not want to eat after exercise, so naturally it is likely that you won't eat after 7pm which is good for your metabolism. (or 6:30pm more likely!) Buy yummie, sweet, fruits like mango, banana, peaches, sweet potatoes to eat in case you want to eat before bed. It's totally OK to eat before bed as long as you're not stuffing your face with greasy food! I'm really happy with the muscles that I've gained too. I've seen my friends using herballife product, some lost weight and some didn't at all, but I can see that when they lose weight they lose their muscles as well. They don't look good. They look like they're made of bones and fats. If you're a woman, it is more important for you to build muscles because women are more likely to have bone problems later on in their life and you need muscles to protect your bones. Exercising sounds boring, but not really. Take Zumba classes! Kickboxing is real fun too! You're likely to eat when you're bored. When you're bored, dance it away. If you don't have much time to go to those classes, turn your music on! Dance in front of mirror, watch your muscles, imagine that you're in a club dancing with a hot guy who says you're sexy :-P shake it!! As time goes, you will see yourself becoming sexier in front of that mirror. I already see my body that I had a year ago even tho it's only been two weeks. Now I've got muscles on my thighs and arms with flat belly YAY

I have been using herbalife for about 3 days now. i do feel i have a little more energy and believe it or not i have lost 5 lbs. the first day of the cleanser i had a little bit of gas but my body is getting used to it. i'm going to keep taking it.
I have been doing herbal life for a little while now. I have lost 25 pound. My mother has lost even more than me! she looks great and has become a distributor. the diet truly works. most of my family is on it. ans starting to look great.
the shakes do not taste bad. you just have to buy the right flavors to fit your taste. But if you are going to do the diet you have to do it right. dont add things to the shake. and use water instead of milk. Adding things will only add more calories and fat to the shake. the hardest thing is staying faithful to it.

It works for me , i have used the products for 3 months and lost 20 lbs , and i feel a lot better ..
I have used merdia pills to lose weight when I was overweight. I have never tried any herbal product ask her to try meridia pills. It works on me and my friends and i hope same for you.
Hi, I started herbalife today. I want to lose around 30-45 lbs by June. The shakes are going to take some getting use to but my biggest pet peeve js the vitamins and cell pills. I am truly not a pill person but if it is part of the product so be it. I am very determined to take the weight off and keep it off. I have faith and will report back with my end results. I used this product for a couple of weeks last year.. I do believe that it works I lost 4 lbs in 1 week.. but the shakes tasted not so good.. I plan on using this product again in the near future.. regards of long term I dont know the full effects but a loss of 7lbs in 2 weeks was a great start.. But motivation and well power is DEFF the key.. good luck
I do not recommend Herba Life because I had a horrible experience with it. I drank it, and everything was ok. I lost some weight. Then after I stopped buying it, stopped drinking it. I gained triple the weight. Before I drank this, I was size 10 in pants. When I drank it, I dropped down to 8. Then again, I stopped to drink it, and I gained ALOT. Know I'm size 20 in pants. That's why I do not recomment this product. It's also a waste of money. I feel really bad, I feel very fat and frustrated, and not accepted. I lost my husband, because he said I was way to fat. So , thanks to herbalife, I lost my HUSBAND and my LIFE because of all the weight I gained. THANK YOU HERBALIFE!, for destroying my body. Don't BUY THIS!!!!!!! If I never drank herbalife. I would of been skinnier, without drinking it. >;)
i am going too start herbalife shakes tomorrow , and i am excited. i kinda like the shakes just not the tea. i read alot aboutt it and some people say that it doesnt work and that just really scares me :-( i went to the herbalife store and i saw pictures of the lady that works there. she used herbal life when she was big and now she looks GREAT , :-) im happy and i want to lose this weight i hope this products work
Well they work provided they are taken regularly. Moreover, junk food should be avoided while having these medicines.
Hi I just tried herbalife for the first time today. And I will tell you I think the shakes taste great!! I am still undecided if I will join the club. I know i do not want to start my own business with it but I would like to become healthier. Normally I exercise for an hour a day and I eat very healthy, even the coach at Herbalife said I eat healthy. but I know I am not healthy. I have a lot of extra fat on my body and I do not know how to get rid of it. Today I also found out I should only be eating 1240 calories a day so maybe I am just consuming way too many calories. Anyhow still trying to make up my mind. I can say just from the aloe, tea, and shake today I really feel energized. I haven't felt this good in a long time!
