Sara v. I have been warned that dr jacono's staff disguise themselves as clients on these sites. For example mcat and some of the emotionally charged positive reviews where they have even gone as far as to say that those writing a negative review are jealous plastic surgeons( no self respecting surgeon would engage in such immature and unprofessional behaviour is my view) So I'm concerned about sending my pictures when I don't know who you are.

Besides, why are you so scared? What can they do? If he made a mistake and you tell someone what's he going to do? You're telling the truth, they can't do anything..you should not be afraid!

Sara v. I am not scared. I will in the next couple of weeks post my pictures on real self. I'll let you know. I will leave it to you to take your own chances with dr jacono. I personally would factor in these negative reviews. It is your face afterall and you can't cover it up with clothing - unfortunately for me. I wish you only good luck. I think that is what it will be up to with dr jacono.

Sara, I had a gut feeling to run the day of my surgery. Oh how I wish I had. You haven't been doing your research and I'm sorry, I agree you might be a sadomasochist. Anyway, I live in New Jersey and I would never meet you. You should become more familiar with Internet Safety.

MY TRUTH....Andrew Jacono's J Spa is equivalent to entering THE HOUSE OF HORRORS! Upon entering the J Spa be prepared to have your worst nightmare come true. You have already met Jacono, only once, for an expensive consultation and you believed everything he had to say. You noticed he exudes confidence, but please note that is all he has. You trust him, so now it is the day of your operation. It is time for you to enter THE HOUSE OF HORRORS. You may be introduced to another doctor that will be present for the operation and you're surprised. This wasn't told to you in advance. Now you are going to question, who is going to cut my face open? Jacono will tell you he will be the only one operating. Yeah, right! You will NEVER know and you can't prove anything. You have the gut feeling to run out the door. If you are smart you would, but you convince yourself to stay. Big mistake! Nothing is in your hands anymore, you have lost all control. You trusted this doctor and you had no clue what was about to happen to you. You wake up from surgery and the doctor is nowhere to be found. You are scared. You go home and the aftermath is soon revealed. You have asymmetry, scarring everywhere, loss of circulation, and on top of it all...NERVE DAMAGE! But what horrifies you the most, is that he rearranged your face in the most unimaginable way. You are HORRIFIED! He did things to your face that were never discussed prior to surgery. You are in utter disbelief. Don't be shocked to find out that what you asked him to do and what you paid way too much money for...was never done! Now every time you look in the mirror, you don't recognize the person looking back at you. It is like looking in a funhouse mirror, but it doesn't go away. This is the new you. The old one died in THE HOUSE OF HORRORS. Now what do you do?

you need to send pics to people who want to see them....I too had a botched surgery but not with Jacono, with a doctor in Florida, and I send pics to people who want to see them so that they dont go to him.......sorry you are going through this, I know how you feel, it sux.......

I have been to the J Spa and it truly is the house of horrors. This is where my worst nightmare came true. To top it all off, I paid to have my face mangled. I paid way to much for what was a routine job. He claims he has done these procedures hundreds of times. I don't even look like myself anymore.

Hi there, I was thinking of using Jacono when the time was right. He came highly recommended. Quite horrid to hear of your experience.. I'm so sad and sorry. Such mixed reviews, he is like marmite, love him or hate him. Are you willing to. Let me see a photo please? Thanks
