Dr. Andrew Jacono

please let us know how it went!!!

I had rhinoplasty done with Dr. Jacono about three years ago. If perfection is what you want, he is your doctor! I was disappointed in the customer service end of it after the surgery was completed but the outcome of my nose was all I truly cared about. He definitely knows exactly what he is doing and is great at his job! I highly reccommend Dr. Jacono.

I'd highly advise everyone to stay away from this doctor!! He's not as educated and knowledgeable as he talks and appears. He performed almost a full facelift on a female friend of mine who was only 30 years old, paid 30 grand, and is still suffering permanent life changing effects as a results of his mistakes. His personal attitude is terrible, inattentive, if he has a problem, it definitely shows..he seems more like a business man, than a caring doctor. He wasn't properly staffed , her phone calls were never returned, she was also treated poorly by the new nurse on call at the time of the surgery. The doctor educated her several times about his" knowledge" in this field and basically messed up her face..hence HER LIFE. I would stay away from this man as vie already heard many other terrible things about him. If he messes up, be careful. He'll kick u out qnd avoid anything and everyone to prevent his reputation from being affected in any way.  GOOd luck to everyone who deals with him. Make your own wise thoughtful decisions. Remember that certain things can be permanent scary and irreversible. No one will foressee or understand the consequences..besides the person who suffers it. On another note, He may be good with nose jobs , but discuss what u have to thoroughly and do your research. If it doesn't feel right to u during your consults, chances are, it won't turn out right. I had a mini face lift to get rid of my jowls and under eye lift to get rid of my bags. My bags and jowls were really bad and really aged me. Now, I look like me only younger! I am VERY HAPPY. My friends all tell me the same thing- I don't look distorted or like someone else - I look like me but without jowls and bags which is exactly what I wanted and exactly what he told me he would do. I highly recommend him. He is very skilled, kind and caring. All his staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. :-D

I had a rhinoplasty and chin implant with Dr. Jacono in late January 2010 and I am elated with my results! He did an amazing job and I highly recommend him!! I felt very safe with Dr. Jacono and his surgical team and I love his staff. Dr. Jacono is one of the best Facial Plastic Surgeons in NY and I would not trust anyone else to work on my face. He is very talented and has a phenomenal aesthetic eye. I am suspicious that the review above from 1/3 is legitimate, as it does not fit into any part of my experience with Dr. Jacono.

I had rhinoplasty with Dr.Jacono in January 2012 (along with several other procedures). I am very happy with the results. He reduced my nostrils, re-sculpted my bulbous tip and shaved down the bump on my bridge a little bit. It looks very natural and feminine. I can share pictures if you contact me.

I feel for you but why would you get a facelift at twenty years old? I can not believe that you had such a terrible experience when I had the best! To me he is the best doctor around and I get so many compliments on how young I look. I am sorry that happened to you.

I disagree with everything you said. He is board certified and extremely talented in plastic surgery. I have had many surgeries by him and I look fantastic. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Hi Gemelas2. I highly recommend him. My nose looks very natural. I needed something highly specific and specialized done for the tip of my nose and bridge. The result exceeded my expectations (and I am a very picky person. :) Nostril reductions are not easy to do and he did an amazing job.
I paid $10K for the rhino, but that was in conjunction with other procedures so I believe I got a discounted rate as part of the package deal.
You have nothing to worry about. You are in good hands with this surgeon.
