foreskin stuck! and erection pain

Hey, im 15. my foreskin is stuck behind the head of my penis. i cannot get it back over the head. it is really uncomfortable. also when I get a erection it hurt really bad i mean really bad. also my foreskin like folded backwards all the way around. I need you guys help please!
