I'm so happy to have stumbled upon this. I appreciate everyone's honesty on here. I had sex on July 26th, which was one day after my period finished. I then received the HPV vaccination on the 30th and had sex the following afternoon... which is a pretty infertile week. The sex was completely protected with no accidents. It is the middle of September and my period is one month late and I always have a regular period. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. After I took the first shot, I was nauseous and actually got really sick (chest cold related) about a week or so later. I'm due for the second shot in two weeks. Also, the Gardasil website itself does not claim delayed pregnancy to be a symptom and I find it ridiculous! So many women are having this problem! I wish all of you ladies the best!

OMG I'm just soo glad to find this thread. I had protected sexes on the Sept. 27th and 2nd Oct. after my last period which came on Sept. 13th as usual. I recieved the first HPV vaccine on Oct. 8th which was a week ago from now and didn't have any side effects.... I've been having spotting since the 12th, I was expecting my period to come on the 13th but it was still just few to little spotting. Now I'm two days late and it was never late. Both me and my boyfriend were worried so I took two tests and they both came out negative. Reading through all of these really relieved me from stressing about being pregnant... WHY DIDN'T THE DOCTOR SAY A WORD ABOUT THIS SIDE EFFECT!! Now I regret this vaccine...and there're still 2 more of them to come....

I am 26, I got the Gardasil shot last February 7, 2015 and  I think I had my period on the 10th of February for like 6 days NOTE: heavier bleeding than the usual ( which is odd because normally, it's just 3 days back then)

Since then, I didn't have my regular menstruation. I tested negative for 5 pregnancy tests taken 4 weeks after the 1st day of menstruation last February. March- no menstruation.  I thought I was pregnant, I was too tired and unenergetic to do household chores. I was always sleepy. I felt dizzy most of the time. I had episodes of nausea and vomiting. My breasts swell, I had abdominal cramps.

Last March 25, I even had a transvaginal ultrasound to check, but the results came out to be negative, I'm not pregnant. What they saw was a mass near my ovary ,which the sonologist tells me is rather physiological and not pathological (but I'm still scared).

April 7- schedule of my 2nd dose of Gardasil- I didn't went to the clinic for the shot. I was scared of the possible adverse effects. I read some articles and found some websites that scared me more. So I opted not to take the second shot and the 3rd shot.

Today, April 11, still no menstruation.

Just wondering whether those who experienced changes to their period after Gardasil ever got their regular menstrual cycle back? If so how long did it take for your periods to return to normal?

I am not yet sexually active, but considering whether or not to get Gardasil for when I am. For those who have had it, what wuold you suggest? Get the shots or not?Best of health to everyone!

Got my 2nd shot on June 11th, no period. I know my body well, so I can tell I wont have period for at least another 2 weeks. After my research on this vaccine, I regret having it done...

I got my first shot some while ago that I can't remember the exact date but my last periods have been later and later until the last one was on the 22nd of June (10 days late). I got the second shot on July 30th.
Now it's August 3rd and no period has happened.
I have never missed a month before and I'm 18. My boyfriend and I messed around a little in mid July-ish but it was really low-risk. I haven't taken a test yet but also have no symptoms of being pregnant other than missed week. I've been cramping a little the last few days but my period still isn't happening.
How long did it take for your weeks to start again? What should I do?

I sure am happy that out of the ENTIRE medical community, not one doctor could take time out of their day to answer all of these questions. I am in the same boat. My 12 year old daughter just finished taking her third shot and hasn't had her period for nearly two months. I will do a better job of conducting my homework next time before I subject my loved ones to experimental c**p pushed on us by government conspiracies and population control from ha agencies like the FDA!!! Not happy!!!!!

Boy was I relieved when I found this form. I'm 20 years old and have been on birth control for three years, so I have very regular periods. I have never missed a period before, so I was horrified when I was a week late. My boyfriend and I are very safe, so it was a huge shock when my period didn't come. I had my first shot about two weeks ago, and after reading dozens of posts on this form I will not be receiving the next two. If so many women are experiencing late periods then it should be a listed side effect.
