Same problem under breasts, stomach fold and thigh crease.  Use Nystatin Powder for itching/yeast.  If becomes infected, I have Mupirocin Antibiotic Ointment.  Both are prescriptions but work wonders.

Sleep with plain white paper towels (soft ones) tucked under your stomach after you have showered and gently washed the area with an antibacterial soap.

Keeping the area dry is essential. I have found THE best solution. It's made by Monistat and is called chafing relief powder gel. It's a clear gel that feels silky and powdery and it ABSOLUTELY solves the problem. Make sure you are dry after showering and apply to any area you have problem with. It feels wonderful. I ran out so recently started using powder again and I got a worse red dry cracking rash like a bad sunburn. Just ordered 4 tubes from the pharmacy. Tubes are 1.5 oz and last about a month or me. Cost roughly $7. Try it and hope it helps.

Been dealing with this for several years and I know it is miserable, especially when it's humid. I've tried many things, but what has worked best for me:

After shower, use hair dryer to dry area. (This is a p.i.t.a., but it's worth the effort.)

Use Gold Bond powder...not cornstarch!! (My pcp recommended cornstarch but rheumatologist said that just compounds yeast infection.)

Use Tranquility ThinLiner Absorbent Sheets 6" x 10 - I just saw these recommended and got them from Amazon. They really help.

Good luck. I know it's miserable.

Have heard corn starch is not good due to yeast like corn starch and continues to grow. Not sure about this info, but this is what I have found in my research. I too have that issue.

I agree! Deodorant under my stomach and breasts helps prevent sweat and perspiration that can cause heat rash/yeast infection in these areas.

DO NOT USE CORN STARCH! If the area has already developed some kind of bacteria, the cornstarch will only feed it. I suffer from the skin fold problem too and the best solution I found is:

1) Wipe the area clean with peroxide and allow to dry thoroughly.

2) Take a medicated talc-based foot powder like Gold Bond and dust it over the skin-fold (I like to use an old blush brush for this).

3) Open the fold, take a tissue and place it against your skin, then allow the fold to flop back and hold the tissue in place. Replace it every 3-4 hours or if humid.

The footpowder may burn the first time you apply it, as your skin may be tender, but it really keeps things clean, dry and relives itching instantly plus, being talc-based, will not feed bacteria. Adding the tissue does two things, first it absorbs any sweat, oil, or humidity that seeps past the powder and then it helps provide a barrier between the skin in the fold so there is little to no friction aggravating the problem. This is the method I follow every time my skin-fold rash shows up and I'm "cured" by the next day.

i find that the tissue crumbles to pieces when it gets wet from the heat under the fat. I use flannel material. that way you can throw it in the wash and reuse them. also the Gold Bond works great.

I tried cider vinegar between my breasts and it seems to be getting better. Read about it in a previous post.
