I have this problem too and have tried many things. I was told by a Dr that it was a fungas similar to Athletes foot. I have tried many powders and creams but what works best for me is Athletes foot spray. I buy the Walmart off brand and I spray it under my belly and breasts after I shower and dry well. If I don't use it, I notice it right away start to get red and irritated. Warning if you have the rash, the spray will burn for a bit. If I do get the rash pretty bad(and every once in a while I do) I use a diaper rash medicine with zinc oxide. It's messy but it works to heal. Good luck everyone!

I'm in SW Louisiana and we use Boudreaux's Butt Paste. Hilarious name but a superior product. I am diabetic with dry skin issues on my legs. Sometimes I scratch too much and my skin on my legs BURNNNN after my shower. Boudreaux's kills the itch immediately.

I am overweight and have a tummy apron. I had a problem with rash there and under my breasts too. For years I did the shower and powder thing but it really never helped. My latest health care provider told me to do what his 90 year old mother does. Use Crisco! I said, "WHAT?" That's right...wash dry and put on a very thin layer of Crisco. It is a perfect moisture barrier, made of vegetable oils (good for the skin) it doesn't spoil easily (look how long it keeps in your pantry), and it is cheep. Get a small can and do not 'double dip' when using to keep from contaminating the container. It has worked wonders for me. Absolutely no more rashes! Good luck...Oh ...he said that powders actually draw moisture to the area after they have been on longer than an hour or so....go figure!

One thing I have learned is that you do not want to use any baby powder that is medicated. It seems to make the matter worse. And if you can find it, use baby powder made of cornstarch. It's hard to find, but it works the best and feels good to the body. Always be sure that after you bathe, you are super dry in the folds of your skin. Moisture is your enemy.

A quick solution is to take a paper towel and place it under your overhanging belly, which will hold it in place, before putting on your underwear. This will absorb the sweat and prevent your skin from breaking out into a weepy rash. You might also try a piece of cloth (preferably cotton). Just be sure to change it each day so you will be fresh.

What about peeling the strip off panty liners, sticking them to themselves back to back so you have a two-sided panty liner and putting that under the belly? You can make as many as you need even "stringing them together" if needed. It's absorbent and disposable.

Put some powder to keep the area from getting moist. Moist, dark areas are conducive for bacterial growth.

Corn starch is the worst thing you can use in the case of a yeast rash! It feeds the yeast making the condition worse. Please don't use corn starch!

Have you tried an anti-yeast diet? Abstaining from foods that yeast feed on could help as well as oral anti- fungal medication. I have yeast in my digestive tract and get rashes and was treated by my ENT doctor who specializes in allergy treatment.

Take a paper towel (depending on your size im 15/16 and weather) cut it from corner to corner(triangular) sprinkle both sides with cornstarch or vagisil deodorant powder fold in half long ways fold again and again (optional) place in crease It reduces sweat without applying anything directly to skin also absorbs sweat pulling moisture away from skin controlling odor
