Cold/flu, the weather here in Ga has been uo and down, cold then warm, then cold again, it finally got to me. And I agree, getting a sweat on during WD's really helps, I found really hot showers also helped.
I am 5 months and 2 weeks clean, and hope to never look back. :)

I felt pretty rough, very stale and ached a lot. A buddy gave a few vicodins to help. That never happens when I'm looking for some.
So today was pretty uneventful.
They are highly addictive. Basically like it is dope, but your plan was to wean down. I hope you are. How long have you been on loratbs for?

Aye I'm doing alright. I've been scraping by with percs...but even 40mg taken a few hours before bed didn't help me sleep. I was up till after 3am, had to be up at 7:30. I'm drained, but I'll be ok. Forgot about the long weekend coming up, so I just need to get through these next 2 days of work. I have a meeting that's going to be awkward and bad in general tomorrow, so not looking forward to that.

I really worked myself up over those meetings, they went great actually! Still, haven't been clean b/c I came into a few more narcos. 4 day weekend, now I have some time to just withdrawal, tho tomorrow may be tough.
