I am also 12, I currently weigh 116.5 and about 3 months ago I weighed 132.8 pounds. All I can say is if you have a smart phone, download the app ©Lose It! I know it sounds stupid but it really helped and I didn't feel sick while I was using it from not eating enough. Another thing, exercise! I joined a volleyball team and it helped out a ton, and I ended up really liking it! But for quicker weight loss you really need to stick with exercising and do it at least a half hour a day (walkings better than nothing). Best of luck to you! ♥

I am 11and i weigh 120 pounds!!! dont worry about wht people say there just jelous of you.........i get called fat all the time, ignore it!!!

I don't weigh that much. I'm only 76 pounds, but I am really fat and diets don't help. Diets make it worse. I only know 1 thing. Don't starve yourself. If you eat less then usual, and you get really hungry then the next time you eat, you'll over eat. So eat gradually. Eat lots of afternoon snacks until you eat your full daily amount that you usually eat. Then ease your way down by eating a little bit less then usual every 2 weeks or so. If it doesn't work, try a month. I'm turning 12 tomorrow, so I want to know.

Consider your self lucky! I'm 310 lbs! I'm only 13! Speak for yourself! I am made fun of way more than you guys! If anyone needs to loz weght, its ME!

Im 12 and weight 128 you not obbes trust me I love to eat and be lazy but we cant do that we have to work hard drink lots of water try to do atleast 200 curl ups a day drink water all the time listen to music while doing it itll tae your mind off it and with in a week ull be doing more and you wont even know
and I know how you feel every one tells me im skinny but when I noticed a stretch marck I flipped itll be fine we can do this and fyi guys dont like tothpicks they actual like it when girls have meat on there body

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM I WANNA LOOSE WEIGHT I REALLY DO BUT PPL CALL ME FAT AND PIG AND STUFF LIKE THAT MY FRIENDS SAY NO UR NOT FAT I SAY UR MENT TO SAY THAT UR MY FRIENDS I WANNA RUN BUT I DONT WANNA BE A LONER AND ON MY OWN NONE OF MY FRIENDS WANNA DO IT AND I CANT BE BOTHERD TO BE PUT ON THE SPOT AND CALLED A LONER IT SUCKS I LOOSE WEIGHT YH THEN PUT IT STRAIGHT ON AGAIN

thank u for that tip lose it it words very well i am about 130lbs and i am so heavy it rediculous i am telling ya and everyone counts so if u want to lose weight and not be the only one then ask council or some one to create a club called if u gain and need to lose come join turn ur self around or soming like that bye

Well, there's always the traditional hour a day workouts! You can do 15 mins of pushups then curlups then jumping jacks then finally sit and reach! I did that and lost a lot of weight! I went from 140 to 115!

Me too. I'm 11 and 125.2 lbs. it's so embarrassing because all my friends are smaller than me. It makes me upset when adults don't understand how you feel.

Just eat a little bit more but don't eat a lot cuz u don't want to end up fat just eat some snacks during the day u will be fine but don't go crazy and start eating McDonald's or burger king

ok firstof all i almost 12 and i weight about 126 pounds :-).its not a good thing but we r only twelve you have your whole life to thinkabout losing weight.and most of a humans body is pretty much all made up of water.but if you want to look like you lost some weight then try sucking in your stomach thats what i do.and it actually helped.i got a boyfriend because of it
