I'm twelve too, and I just can't seem to lose weight! I weigh 133 pounds and am only 5' 3", and since I go to a very sports oriented school, IT'S LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IS SKINNY! My goal is to lose it by the beginning of November in time for swim team but I'm not getting anywhere... But good luck!
you should try to eat fish salads drink water and try to exsersice for 30 minutes and try not to eat chips candy try not to drink suger drink like pepsi cockcacola
Ok.. I know how u feel . I'm 12 too and just feel so ugly with my peach fuzz mustache , my nose pimples , and my gut. Do u have any freinds? They help a lot wiTh insicurities . They will help you get through it . I'm a 104? But I'm supposed to way for my height like 90... At most . But here's the thing you might be overlooking.. Muscle ways a whole lot more than fat. And science I'm a swimmer going on 3 years.. It's ok for me to be heavy but my gut is something to worry about. I recommend 30 or more situps a day and please don't put your hands behind your head when doing so!! It will really mess up your neck. Then do 3 planks a day for about 30 seconds .. Look it up :) , that's for your gut alone if you have one . I have been looking For a way to drop the ponds easily too but.. No . Don't join weight watchers but just try to keep track of what you eat. Make healthy decisions and if your going to skip a meal, skip lunch. Not eating breakfast believe it or not can cause weight gain. Really sorry how u feel but your not alone and hey! If you just be yourself maybe you won't have to drop the pounds to get the dreamy guy. :)
first of all please dont abbreviate cause i cant understand it not to be mean or any thing but heres the thing try doing situps at night before you go to bed and in the morning before you go to get ready for school and try to be cool enough to get goose bumps and that will help because being cold you body works to keep warm therefore you will burn fat and get skinnier sort of fast but not too fast id say keep that up and it will be about a month before seeing noticable results good luck ps i am twelve years old and i am a awesome speller i can spell this anethesiologist good bye and again good luck:-D
i really think that would work because i am about 178 and i am 12 trying to lose weight but nothing is working i keep on ganging more and more so i will try what you said thank you hope it works
I know how all of you feel!! I am 12 and weigh 136.5 :( i read like 12 pages of this cuz I really wanna lose weight!!!! I have tried and I found that doing sports really helps... but I totally quit that last year! And because the pool closes in the winter.... I do tennis but Im not losing anything with that!It is comforting that I know I am not the only 12 year old that feels fat! All of my friends say : " Ur not fat!!" and I'm like: " pfff... yeah right!" and then a bunch of other girls say : "ohhh, Im so fat!!" and they probably weigh like, 108! I just think "if ur fat.... that makes me OBESE!!!" arghhh..... but I know how u peeps feel. I will try to watch what I eat and stick to 1,600 calories a day! Especially because I dont excerise that much :b I think if u set a goal, and have ur mom or someone make u feel guilty when u r about to take a bite of a cookie.... u can lose it! I remember when I was only 5 pounds overweight! But then the pool I went to closed down... so I gained it all back! Swiming works best for me, try to find a sport for u!! Good luck! u can do it!

hey im also 12 and i always feel like people are making fun of me. and my friends are always inviting me to go swimming and my class goes every month. and i have been trying to lose weight to but im also a very picky eater so its hard for me to eat healthier but my suggestion is to eat healthy, set a goal to walk every day for a certain amount of time each day you don't walk that amount eat a little bit of something u don't like and every day before u go to school drink a glass of milk if u aren't lactose intolerant and work out try this for about a month and a half and see what happens:-)

Look i wayed at 132.5 lbs now i way 127 lbs but im not satisfied because i know i can do better but when i went with my father i played basketball everyday and i way at 123 lbs but when i went back home with my mother i gained weight i wayed back in at 127 lbs & i need some tips on ways i can lose weight because my mother doesn't want me to go outside during the school week so i can focussed on school & when i go outside on the weekend i don't really go deep into exercising i play football a lot but i need more ways to exercise other than sports...Can you help me & give me some tips
