I'm 12 in November and i haven't weighed my self but last I checked I was about 167? Maybe more it's summer and i have 2 months to lose at LEAST 30 lb PLZ SOMEONE HLP
Hi young lady. I suggest that you do not go on a diet. Also, come off all can/box/bottle juices and sodas, the only juices you should drink are the one you make yourself, and instead of using sugar use an apple for taste or cinnamon. Another thing is you should use or put your meals in a plate half the size of your regular plate, and make it pretty in your plate. Drink lots of water. You can also walk on the spot at home every day for roughly 15 - 20 min. and make it fun, fun, fun. Ease up on the red meats and junk foods. Learn to appreciate simplicity in food telling yourself that you will love it. Pray that God give your the strength and 'want to' to do it daily. Most of all............LOVE YOU.
I'm in 6th grade and I am 12 and I weigh 104 pounds... everyone in my school weighs like 70 pounds or something... I rarely eat sugar, except maybe an Oreo for snack ;) I go on hikes with my mom every day, but I keep gaining weight. In one school year I gained 20 pounds! Is that healthy? Is my weight healthy for a twelve year old?!
While you're doing all of those activities, remember that in order to lose weight, you have to challenge your body. I do tae kwon do and I'm 12 with 119 pounds. I don't even know if that's healthy or not but I'm always trying to push myself harder each day. So just push yourself harder and do more challenging activities and keep at them

OMG! I'm the exact same..im 125lb and I'm under age aswell..there was acc this guy I liked and he texted the group chat calling me fatty.The worst part is I'm supposed to be in the "popular" group..so its REALLY hard to fit in. But I'm working on it and we can together x
Yeah I'm 12 and weigh 196. I want to be skinny like my friends, I want to run the mile and not be the last one, I hate having a double chin, I want to lose the weight so badly and I hate it when some people bodycheck me and stare me down and sometimes I don't even wanna go in the pool cause I'm afraid what I'm going to look like in my swimsuit
So I am turning 12 in September 4. I weigh 155 pounds and I have exercise and stop eating chocolate and candy and I have been starting to eat salads and fruit over a month and I haven't losted weight what should I do.
