DO NOT LOSE ANY WEIGHT! That is perfect. I do the same things you do. I weigh 110lbs. Apparently, I should be around there. I'm thirteen, turning fourteen in November. That is a perfect weight, don't change. What I wouldn't do to be 92lbs again! If anything, you can gain a couple of lbs. Stay at like, 96lbs. What I'm saying is, you don't have to be active everyday, take a break for a day. I swim, dance, dance on the Wii, and I go to my local gym. I am at a constant weight. Be comfortable in your body! Sounds like you have a perfect body, do not change!

why would u tell a 13 year old child that they need pot? because of people like you most teenagers are into pot

It's not overweight because I am 13 also and in January I weighed 140 but now I eat way less and way healthier and so far I have lost 10 pounds. I also am in a rush because in about 2 months or so I am going to have ankle surgery and won't be able to workout for a while

Okay, here it goes. I am a 13 year old girl and i weigh 145lbs-150lbs. I was orignaly 120lbs but I have gained weight because of over-eating and stress. I need some advice for loosing weight and I can not go to a health clinic or whatever you call it. I need to loose weight, and fast! Please help!!

I am just like you 4'11 but I'm about 85-90 pounds I want to lose weight I've been eating a lot lately and I always try to lose weight but I never follow through with what I start

You should participate in some sports or any other physical activities to lose your excess body weight and get your body in shape. You should also carry on your exercise and do the exercise daily. Focus more on cardio exercises such as jogging, running, swimming, and jumping etc for the better weight loss.

I'm 13 and im 5'7. I'm about 180 pounds. I Would LOVE to lose wieght but i don't know how too. I tried working out, eating healthly and nothing happens. I need help ASAP!

Running is a great exercise because it uses every muscle group, especially the core.

Are you being serious?That is WAYY underweight!Im not trying to be mean but thats how much my 7yr old daughter weighs..Please gain some weight thats actually scary.Go ask a doctor for help.Thats not normal I have a 13 yr old daughter and shes 5'3 and 103.At LEAST get to 80.

im 13 years old as well and weigh in the same weight vincintiy. I used to weigh 176 but gaind 5-8 lbs :/ i play school soccer (im in 7th grade) and my sister says its muscle? i really would like to believe that. im bigger than everyone in my family my older sister is smaller than me. But thanks to soccer i have dropped a pants size (: all i can say is what everyone else is saying. Try not to overindulge on the junk food. Its hard I know im trying too. Hope i helped ^.^

Hi I'm a 13 year old girl and recently well last year I had lost 10 kg! By this I strictly it down my bad habits as eating chocolate instead eat grapes also I played netball and used my exercise machine another great tip is to drink lots of water not soft drink or juices if u get sick of water try adding some fresh lime or lemons to the water it tastes so good and is actually great for losing weight so try this and trust me u will lose weight xoxo

Are you kidding me??? You are under 100 pounds and you want to lose weight? Trust me, unless you are like 4 feet tall, you are probably really skinny but just don't realize it! Calculate your bmi and you'll see that u are healthy or may be underweight. A lot of girls these days develop eating disorders becuz they think they are fat when in reality are really skinny. Just be comfortable with who u are
