You are not over weight! I'm 12 and I'm 79 pounds! I'm also like 4'11...SUPER SHORT! The reason you are not losing weight, is because you have none to lose! We all want to shed a few pounds! It's part of puberty! :DHope I helped!

Hey! I'm 11 years old 5 foot and 130 pounds! I'm really worried! I mean I'm. Not even that fat! You can see my ribs! I exercise and watch what I eat! I play soccer, track, gymnasstics, cheerleading and I swim! Please help me! I don't know what to do! And by the way, londongirl, u need some serious help! That's not normal! My little 7 year old brother weighs more than you! Thankyou!

Hi I'm 13 and 5"2 and I weigh 163 lbs. I was almost 170 but in a week and a half I lost 6 lbs. The first 10 lbs r the easiest. So wat I did was eat salad for lunch and dinner and drink a bottle of water before u eat so ur kinda full and don't over eat. Do fun exercises like swimm or play outside with water, trust me I kno exersice videos are boring. Buy ur slef something for every 5 lbs so u have something to look foward to. If u like to run play some music so its not boring. Ride a bike with a freinds. Rember if u consume more than u burn ull gain weight. Keep a log. And rember that being healthy is first! :)

you could always take p.e. during school and when your practicing for band you could march and you could bring your own lunch to school.

I want to loose wait like fast I've been in cheer leading and track and I had lost wait but when I'm out of school I've gained and I don't want to cut out on the foods. My mom would worry to much I've tried being vegetarian but that doesn't make a difference. I need help and pronto! Any advice?

I guess for now, you would have to watch what you eat then exercise cause your too young to try weight loss supplements. I used to have the same problem and I couldn't get any weight loss from exercise and diet. At 18, I have trie an appetite suppressant to control my over eating. Prescopodene gave me wonders on weight loss. Even when I'm no longer on the pill, I have not gained those weight I've lost.

Hey I am with the same problem i am 13 and weigh 138lbs and i am 4'11". I sometimes seem it hopeless that i will never lose weight but I've heard that eating celery is an atomatic weight loss. I haven't tried it but many people i've asked has said that. But, one time i weighed 130 them i gain some weight and got to 146 i felt horrible then i started doing crutches, jumping jacks, push ups, jump rope,squats and lunges for up to 2 weeks but i over did it and my mucles hurt but i lost 8 pounds ( plus by drinking at least 7 cups of water each day and eating healthy) and i'm still doing this and pretty soon i hope i will lose more weight,but i still consider my self fat because i've looked it up a 13 year old that height should weigh 107-115lbs, ( I have a lot a excersing to do )

Try to eat more healthy foods. Cut out junk food mostly. Drink a lot of water. Have a cup in the morning when you wake up and a glass of water before every meal. But still keep up with the exercising.

you need to walk at Least 1 mile a day eat a healthy diet and u will loose 25 lbs in 1 month

hi im a 13 year old girl. i weigh 279 and i wanna loose weight i eat healthy drink 2 gallons of water and nothing happened. my mom always yell at me for being over weight and i think its time for a change

Hey, we kinda pretty much have the same problem i am 13 and I weigh around 135-140 same. I also want to loose a bit of weight before i hit high school I am on winter break right now and I want to loose at least 5 lbs before I go back to school .I thought that I was the only person who weighed that much i am in the 8 th grade by the way.Thx
