I'm almost 13 and I way around 180-190 and I'm trying to lose weight so I picked up volley ball and for about 2 weeks now I've lost around 4 or 5 pounds
I'm almost 13 and I'm where you are. I'm successfully dropping a few pounds every 2 weeks (pretty good. You don't want to shed too many pounds too fast, otherwise youll just gain It all back). I'm not viewed as "fat" ( I don't have any "fat rolls", am active in many sports, hula hoop with a weighted hula hoop for an hour daily, and eat healthy) but rest assured I can relate. Unless you have many fat rolls when standing up, I wouldn't consider going to a weight clinic, as someone else suggested. You seem to be doing good so far, just eat healthy and keep working for your goal. Just remember, we're both still going through puberty, and we'll still be until around age 16, so remember you'll loose weight eventually. ^^
