I am probably a bit too late, lol. But used to be in y'alls situation. I was 5'5 and weighed 145. Honestly, I was chubby, but not necessarily fat. Anyway, I skimmed down to 125 in a matter of months without really exercising much. Just a change of diet and removal of bad snacking habits did the trick. A lot of water intake helped too. Now I have a flat stomach, awesome legs, a chubby-free face, and I am feeling great! :D **LOSE WEIGHT 2 POUNDS A WEEK** Its the best way and almost assures a permanent result. You grow accustomed to eating less...Hell, I was shocked at how little I could eat before getting full at 125 pounds. O: anyway.

I'm almost 13 and I way around 180-190 and I'm trying to lose weight so I picked up volley ball and for about 2 weeks now I've lost around 4 or 5 pounds

I'm almost 13 and I'm where you are. I'm successfully dropping a few pounds every 2 weeks (pretty good. You don't want to shed too many pounds too fast, otherwise youll just gain It all back). I'm not viewed as "fat" ( I don't have any "fat rolls", am active in many sports, hula hoop with a weighted hula hoop for an hour daily, and eat healthy) but rest assured I can relate. Unless you have many fat rolls when standing up, I wouldn't consider going to a weight clinic, as someone else suggested. You seem to be doing good so far, just eat healthy and keep working for your goal. Just remember, we're both still going through puberty, and we'll still be until around age 16, so remember you'll loose weight eventually. ^^

If you're 90 pounds you should be happy, my friend is around that weight and thinks she should lose weight. I'm 147 pounds and I'm trying to lose weight but nothing is happening I would be happy to be you. 90 is a good weight please don't try to lose any weight it won't be healthy.

I'm 13 and about 90 pounds I am trying to stick to a healthy diet and get more exercise because I have a lot of fat around my stomach. What I'm trying to do is exercise daily for 30 minutes and have fruit instead of cookies. Good luck ❤️

Perhaps you mean 47 kilograms? That's a healthy weight- around 100 pounds

Don't worry! I'm in the same boat as you sister! Hi I'm 13 and last I checked my weight was around 126 lbs. If anything I'm positive you are in middle school. Sign up for the athletic department! I'm in it and I feel awesome. Even though I'm not thin, I can say I have gained not fat but muscles. Don't worry. The doctors say we are close to obesity, but we aren't. As long as your fine with losing weight in your own, you can do so happily. The right food is important. Try to stay away from the cafeteria junkies like the burgers and burritos. Keep near the chicken salad and fruits! But stay away from bananas. They help you gain and feel tired.
