Hi, i am a twelve year old girl who weighs 130-140 pounds. i feel fat compared to my friends and want to lose 20-40 pounds. the weird thing is that i weigh alot but my stomach isnt huge just a little big.i eat mostly healthy and i am really active. am i able to lose weight or is it impossible? please help!
im 13 years old nd 4.11 nd weigh 124lbs! i need to lose weight. i have very low selve esteem. i want to feel good about my self! my mom says that just 5 pounds will make me feel better nd look better too! please help me to know what to do! :$ ?
ok hello. Im 5'3 and im 13. but.... i weigh about 150. pretty bad im going to take all of your advice and hope it helps but see i havent gotten my period yet and my mom said i will lose alot of weight when i get it but im swimming alot so i hope that helps too :$ :-D thx again :-D

do ya'll think its healthy for a 13 yr old girl to weigh 139, i really want to lose weight and so does my friend. we want to lose weight together. what do we do! so far we have sarted trying to cut back on what we eat and are eating lots of things like pickles with zero calories. HELP!

Don't eat junk (or cake, candy, chips, ect). Do exercising programs, or yoga. And be sure to drink at least 6 8oz. glasses of water a day. That'll help even faster. And be sure to stay active like the guest said. Ride your bike, take a daily walk. That should help. Even swimming will help. Don't flop down in front of the TV like I usually do. I used to do that. And don't try not eating, because it's very horrible. Try going on this diet called weight watchers. I lost 1lb a day when I was on it. Eat more fruits and veggies, and try to control the portions you eat. Let me know if you need any more help, because I'm happy to help. I was in your shoes once.

well iam doing the same thing and exercising and eating right iam 14 and i want to loose weight for when school starts and iam young i want to wear a bikini. ok im gonna stat of with emo dont cut rurself because ur depressed talk about have like a private journal im bigger than u and im ten!! ppl make fun of me but atleast try and eat good and drink water pills dont workk they are stupid stuff like scams omg and ur not goin on the rite diets eat 1 slice of toast with a lil touch of jelly for ur belly=] and workout its always good to work off every meal or watever so go out and jog but before jog stretch dont ull a hamstring lol but anways for lunch its good to eat good meat like strimp or fish or a little chicken with sum veggies but not alot if u love the computer get on after u excerise off the meal and dont stay on late late at night like me lol its funn but it doesnt help ok now after lunch go out and play ur fav sport ok and for dinner dont eat much microwave meals arent always the best they really arent ever lol dont eat alot for dinner cuz it cant e really sleptt off gotta use those categories ok and umm lol oh before u sleep workout a lil bit and do same in the morning for good health u need anymore help email me at **** ah and make an account on here my name is skittlesroxmysoxx lol it might have sweet in front of it lol watev but email me we can get thru this together i wanna help as mucho mucho as possible lol bye

8 bowls of ceral
i plate of spagetti
a triple cheese burger*my favirot
and a quart of juice


kae .. to start ur eatingg wayyyy to much and too often eat only 3 times with a little snack with lunch ill just edit wat u eat examine:
u eat 4 slices of pizza i say for breakfast egg white (1) with a little orange juice and apple slices
u eat: 8 bowls of cereal omg!!!! well not here to judge but umm instead of eating stretch and go out to jog like 1hr im and drink lots of water like 6 8oz of glass u and ur bf are too yung to eat like thiss u guys have too much to live for cmon ur better then this well u eat plater of sphagetti for lunch this is good but like 10 string s of sphaggeti with tbs f sauce and a litlle bit of steamed broccoli after this do as many sit ups for 1 hr
ok now u eay tripple cheese burger eats a salad wit shrimp and a lil bit of sauce teaspoon so thats it for u and workout b4 u sleep again email me **

I am having the same problem I am 13 and weigh 150...I am losing weight but i whought this would happenin faster then it did....I weighed 140 but gained 16 lbs.. now i weigh 150 so i lost 6 lbs but its takin to long i want to weigh 120 but its takin forever
