i just wanna say to all u guys and girls out there dont stress! im 28 and had them for at least 15 years and yes they wont go away but it doesnt matter. i have been very sexually active for the last 15 years and have never been quizzed by a girl about them EVER! i have been happly married for 3 years and my wife knows they are there, but she doesnt care. they were there when we first hooked up and it didnt bother her then and it doesnt botter her now, Nor should it! :-D
yeah got these little suckers as well. I never really stressed about them ever. They cause me no pain and I seriously doubt and chick would freak out about them.
Plus, when most people fool around, they don't have bright lights on either. You can only really see them up close under decent lighting. So if you're really freaked out about hooking up with a chick just turn the lights low!!! ;-)

Yea, I have this as well. It's no big deal i'm 16 and have had a few partners. None of them had noticed until i pointed it out to one. she said "ok" and gave me oral sex. Girls really don't care just be honest with them
hey guys dont worry. there is nothing to worry about these little fellas :-D ive had them since i was 13. im 21 and still have em. i had a lot of girlfriends and all of em said "i luv these spots" :-D reason is simple. these little bumps give more pleasure to girls. girls luv those bumps. so stop worryin and luv your bumps just like me.. ;-) ;-)
Hi im 16 and them and you kno gone to a few parties and hooked up with a few ladies but because it was dark i dont really think they noticed and if they did then they didnt mention it. I have them on the balls and the bottom of my shaft and would really like to ask the older guys on here if they will like spread to the tip of my shaft or just stay where they are? any advice is helpful. also are they there for life or is there anything which can reduce them?
peace out.
peace out.
I have had these spots since i was about 10 but i used a cream called "Duac" now my spots have gone and i havent been using the cream for a while hope this helps! good luck
How about people stop trying to give self esteem advice and focus on the question at hand --what works and what doesn't.
I have them on my lip and don't like them. Some people have spots on their face and don't like them. Some people have whatever and don't like it. It's BS that a dermatologist will "treat" acne and shrug their shoulders over this. It is also BS that people imply there is no equivalency between these two conditions. It is further BS that anyone making these smarmy "some will love you anyway" hallmark comments probably try to get a nice hair cut, dye their hair, wear makeup etc. etc. etc. etc. and come in here and spread their "wisdom." Save it. We want a solution or we wouldn’t be here.
On the other hand, some folks need a bit of perspective. This syndrome is annoying, but it isn’t the end of the world.
I read that the jojoba oil tricks the skin into thinking it makes enough oil and may help. Gonna try that in conjunction with exfoliation. I’ll let you know what I find.

24 now and had em since i was 15 or so. i went to a dermatologist when i first got em and he told me what they were, after about 8 weeks of mind numbing anxiety. for all you young guys getting them - honestly just go to a dermatologist or local doc and hearing a professional tell you what it is and how harmless it is a HUGE relief. don't avoid going because you're embarressed. do you really think they don't see similar sh*t on a day to day basis? honestly they wont even bat an eye and it will help you tonnes.
ok so since then i've been with 29 girls, including 3 serious, long relationships. i told the chick i lost my virginity to about it, and she didnt care at all. i can say now that the first one is a world of anxiety, but u'll be suprised how little of a deal it is to them. since that first one, i didnt bother telling anyone else - and not ONCE has one single girl ever even mentioned them. i dont think they even notice, girls have their own world of paranoia, trust. to be honest though, they still play on my mind and confidence from time to time. u'de think after 29 chicks u'de stop worrying eh? lets face it people are always measuring themselves against the 'norm' and few people are perfect; consider yourself lucky its nothing worse. im sure some people with other insecurities would laugh at all the fret we've put into harmless, natural little white bumps.
nehoo, i never actually tried treatment; original dermatologist said nothing to worry about and advised moisturising (tried briefly but lol.. didnt expect it to do sh1t.. it didnt). so after all this time and for no good reason i decided to go and ask a doc again about it. got some tretoin cream and gonna have a go at that. ill let u know how it goes :-)

29 - had these since about 15. Those freaking out - just stop. I've never had a girl even mention them. However, it doesn't change that I hate them.
There's a lot of talk here about different methods for removing them. The only two recommendations in this entire thread are:
* reducing/eliminating caffeine intake
* exfoliation
Has anyone verified either of these? Has anyone attempted a real experiment, and concluded any success in reducing these?

i am 15 i had them for 3 years ever since i started energy drinks now i stopped drinking them and there gone.....hope that helps cause i freaked out bout them
Hey, 21 years old. I just figured out today it was Fordyce's, I was freaking the f out thinking it was herpes and thinking "Oh god, my girlfriend is going to castrate me!" but yeah, I have no herpes symptoms, they don't hurt ect. But I will make a recommendation. When/if you get bigger ones, don't pinch/squeeze/mess around with them. I did that and sorta like ripped one off now I'm sorta worried it's infected lmao. But yeah, today I tried using Tea Tree Oil hair shampoo I had from when my sister had head lice, this stuff worked really well at making them less visible almost right after I washed it off. I'm gonna try doing this for the next week or so and see how it turns out. I'm still going to the doctors though to get tested for herpes because better safe then sorry lol! >_>
This has worked for me as well . But i dont have them that bad
i am 14 and i have had these since i was like 10 and i really hate them i want some medication or cream to make them go away or at least reduce the apperance of them them really get me angry this has got me so down and its not fair there should be stuff to sort them out
Now You guys'd think it's OKAY to have these spots on your penis cause nobody really cares... BUT it's an entirely different matter when these spots are on your LIPS! It's f*****g embarrassing! You speak with someone and then you notice them looking at your lips and what sh*t will go on in your head.
If exfoliation is a treatment then i will try that. Perhaps 10% salicylic acid will burn these suckers to smithereens. Well, 10% on the lips will probably hurt like sh*t but anything to get my life back. Hopefully, the glands underneath will wither away.
I'll let you guys know what happened.

Im 21, have had this since I was a little fart hitting puberty. Don't feel discouraged as this thing is normal and girls don't give a fack about them. Most girls that i have been with don't care about these things and if they ask I simply tell what they are. If they understand and if they are just as turned on as you, they wont care. I used to use some acne products though and they seem to work in reducing the size of it. Some even like the way it feels when were doing it since they say that it's like not wearing a condom. Mine are pretty small and even less noticeable when I get a boner since my the skin expands. I usually see them when I have a mid boner.
One thing ALL you guys and gays need to no is that there is no goddamn cure for this thing so stop looking for false hope. Either let it go away by itself or learn to live with it but dont poke around inventing your own cure as you might potentially harm yourself from something that isn't harmful at all. If you get low self esteem or whatever then man up
