I'm also 14 and trying to loose weight, i weigh about 172-175 lbs. it varies. i want to be at about 145-150 i've tried pills but they often dont work for a long time. the only solution is to eat a balanced diet, and exercise regularly, i dont believe that it is possible to loose weight without any exercise! and a tip: NEVER eat if you are not hungrey! i do it, and it does not help at all! and makes me feel like c**p after...!

I'm 14 years old too and im trying to lose a bunch of weight, Im over 250 pounds. I'm going to the gym and cutting back on all junkfoods im not really eating them at all. You need 30 minutes of cardio daily so if you dont have a ride to the gym jog for a 30 minutes. or ask your parents to buy you an exsersize machine, i reccomend the elliptical. it burns over 100 calories in 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you move. eat healthy and just try your best. Moving does wonders, i promise. ;-)

I don't eat cakes, or mars bars. you should watch what you say, this is a site to help people to loose weight, why are you on here? insulting us. you obviously don't know what it's like being overweight. it alot harder to loose weight then to 'lay of the cakes'. in other words; f**k off?:)

I used to feel like that all the time but after a while it got better .. i still weigh alot and i still want to loose weight but you have to feel good in your own skin before youll be able to really help your bodyit actually helps to be in a good mood to loose weight. i remember being feeling really horrible and i hated myself just hang in there :) x

If ur a flyer and u weigh 98lbs then u dont need to lose anymore. Im 15 and i was in cheerleading for 4 years, i also flyer i weighed 104lbs when i stopped and they never had a problem with it. But u problaly dont want advise from a girl tht is only 1 year older than u. But if u really want to lose weight then i can tell u how. Just run, drink a lot of water, eat all ur meals but eat them lightly, and u will lose weight. If u dont want to take my advise then i am fine with tht

I am also fourteen and when i started high school i was 245. I hated exercise and i didnt like the way i looked. then i joined wrestling and now im 202. now i actually like the way i look. And its only been half the school year. its a lot of fun and you make new friends.

im 14 im like 5 foot 1 and i weigh around 146 and 150,, for some of you the stuff your dooing is dangerous,, i lost about 10 pounds just by walking on the tradmill about 15 minutes a day for about 3 weeks,, i ate healthier, played dance dance revolution and kinect(stuff that keeps you moving) and started seeing the weight go,, im not exacty fat its just my waist i dont like, all the other girls in my school had the perfect little bodies, and i felt fat,, i wouldnt change in gym, i had to go into the bathroom,, but when ypu keep moving you get your heart rate up, you sweat and the weight comes, off,, drink a lot of water and play games that keep you moving, cut your meals in half, and just so yah no it takes 20 min for your food to digest when you eat so before you go for another serving of food,, wait awhile and see if your really hungry or just bored and feel like eating. hope this helps!!! :-D

hi im almost 14 and i have been trying to lose weight i have quit drinking soday and drinks with lots of sugar, not only do i feel better but i have lost some weight. I cut down on ALL of my portion sizes. For breakfast everyday i have a granola bar or a lowfat yougurt this helps alot. For lunch i have a bottled water and a half sandwich and a peice of fruit. This usually fills me up until dinner and at dinner i eat what my family eats but less of it. I asked my mom to make foods that arent as fatty and ahe totally understands and supports me through it so one of the best things you cand do (even though can be embarssing is let your parents know what you re trying to do). i just decided to become a vegetarian and I hope that helps as well! :-)

im 14 also and i want to loose weight too. I weigh 98 lbs right now but i dont like my stomach or my thighs. I feel like they are fat and flabby and i just want to be thin for this summer. I am about 5''1 right now and thats pretty short for a girl my age and i just really want to be thin and stuff. My friends are always yelling at me telling me to stop trying to loose weight because im skinny. but i dont think i am. i went from 105lbs to 98lbs in a few weeks because i started dating a guy and i was nervous to eat a freaking sandwhich infront of him so i just stopped eating and only at nutri-grain bars at lunch...im tiny right now but i want to be thin. I think im about to hit a growth spurt because i have some pains that randomly started in my thighs and legs. so yeah...but i really want to be thin i just dont know how..... :$

hey,im 14 and have just recently been loseing a bit of weight....

TIPS:

*Swimming is really good
*no Fizzy Drinks
*drink two glasses of water before each meal
*Run...even if they are only 2km runs


7 days ago i weighed 63.5kgs now i am 59.7kgs

Okay so I am 14 too. heres what i know and i hope it will help, :)

I was about a healthy weight (105-110) about 8 months I was happy with my body, this year I dont have PE and so ive kind of gained some weight. im about 128. If you find something you love like dancing or volley ball or something like that it helps. I just love to dance around my room. Dont loose weight for anyone else other than yourself because you wont be as motivated. When you eat dont starve yourself. Dont be shy of veggies. EAT SLOWLY. The slower you eat the sooner you will feel full. Usually we eat fast and then still dont feel full so we go for seconds and thirds. We dont really need them, we just feel like we do. I havent had a soda in a while. Frankly im not really missing it. Usually it would give me a headache. I really like lemon water now adays. I hate it when we have really good ice cream in the fridge. But ill just tell myself. Hey, self. I dont need it. I may want it but i dont NEED it. It helps more when you say it outloud but ive gotten some many looks from my dog thinking "your crazy". hahah Another fun way ive learned to loose weight is when your home alone or if its just like you and your mom blare some music, and just have a cleaning spree. I hate to clean my room, but when i blare my radio I end of dancing and cleaning. it sounds nerdy but its alot of fun. Also try and go to bed earlier. Kids our age need about 9 hours of sleep each night. Im still working on that part because its obviously 11:00pm on a school night. Peoples the only advise i have for you is drink alot of water, eat low caliore foods,dont starve yourself and dont eat after 8 but of course you can eat fruits and vegies.
It helped me and now im 30 pounds lighter... good luck :-D

I'm 14 to and i weigh 235 but i used to weigh 255 i started walking my dogs one at a time . I also have 3 dogs but i don't go very far with each dog, i think stopping to pick up another dog helped cus it kinda gave my like a minute to rest.i lost a lot of weight in like 3 weeks.
