Hey guys i am also 14 I am not super skinny but i am pround of my self :-D i play lots of sports i am 5'0 and i weigh 141.2 and the best way to lose weight that i have learned is to drink alot of milk and water when you are feeling hungary just drink some milk it fills you up so you are not snaking and only eattin 3 meals a day and for sure in no time you well be losing weight oh and just stay confident in your selves and some of you people on here are crazy yall are so skinny and still wanna be loseing weight gosh yall are crazy i no this is going to sound mean and i am sorry but if you are 14 and weigh under 130 and still wanna lose weight just be anerexic bcuz yall are fine! yall are just falling in to perpreasure!!!! >:(

im 13 i weigh 245 pounds alot of ppl in my famil are over weight but i was change and when i tell my parents or any one in my family that i was lose weight they laugh and say i cant do it and then i eat alot after they say it.
no one in school really makes fun of me bc im fat (they probaly do just not to my face) i read online with ppl telling me to take pills but i cant do that..i use to play soccer and if we was late he would make us run i drank alot of water at that time and i never lot wight i tried not eating and after almost a week i alost died...i need to loose weight so i can prove to people that im move then just a fat chick at school plz i need help plz help me :'( :'( :'(

when you get hungry at night eat but try some thing like an apple if ur still veary hungry eat an orange or anothj apple or a bananas but if ur sorta hungry eat a peice of gum it keep u sorta full so u can have enough to sleep then eat after you excersie in the morning

Hello im 13 and i am quite fat i wouldnt say massive but just fat and i did stick to a slim fast diet which did work but also there is one you can do naturally with out spending extra money for special dieting food , so i suggest that you cut down to about 700 - 900 calories a day and dont eat after 6'o clock and this does work but you need to be quite determined and now that it is a new year i am even more determined to lose a stone or 2 . good luck to you all but stick to it and you should have a great result ... Then you will be happy and once you have lost all that weight and stuck to that diet you wont feel like eating that much after so you should be able to stick to your ideal weight

heey im 14 and i way about 125, but im short to everyone describes me as "solide" i hate it i want to be thin, i've considered not eating at all and i just dont seem to get that down. I'm really acttive and i run all the time through a nearby trail. I'm afraid to get bigger by getting more muscle rather than loosing weight, what can i do??? Okay I may be a hypocrite saying this (I'm 14 and trying to lose weight too), but there's a difference between being skinny and being healthy. I'm begging anybody who is considering it, PLEASE do not resort to diet pills, being bulimic, going on some crazy "eat only this" diet, or not eating at all ! Seriously, a few little changes can go a long way! And to the ones who are exercising a lot/cut out junk food and are still not losing a few pounds, then maybe where you are now is simply your body's ideal weight. And remember that muscles adds to that total amount. Exercise and eat healthy, that's all you can do (that you won't regret later, of course). And I PROMISE you, whether you are a size 5 or size 18, you are absolutely beautiful. I may have never met any of you, but I know that you are. I have my ways ;-)

I am 14 too and I really need to loose weight. I have talked to my mum about it, but it is easier for me because me my brother mum and dad are all trying to loose weight at the same time. Mum has been on diets in the past but they really don't work, they do for the first few weeks but then when you come off the diet the weight just piles back on again. The way to loose weight is to eat a balanced diet and do plenty of exercise. If you are like me and really can't be bothered with running or going outside, I just do about 10 sit ups in the morning and at night, it is a great way to get your stomach muscles working and they really burns the fat. I hope you all achieve the weight that you want to reach and i hope my comment works :-)

I am fourteen and im a girl i weigh 187 lbs and i am sick of guys not looking at me for who i am and just looking at me as this fat girl walking in the hall i am sick of it. My body isnt all FAT i am pretty muscular i have fantasic leg muscles and my arms arent that bad either my stomach is on the verg of getting too discusting for me to even put on a swim suit. My friends all have swimming pools and it makes me so mad how i halways say i cant swim or i forgot my swim suit cause i dont want people to see my fat legs and arms and stomach. I have no clue what to do i always say i am fat but my sister and parents dont listen i dont know what else to do PLEASE help. kay hunny i know you hate jogging and running, i absolutley despise running. Try going to your local gym with a friend and go on a tred mill, start slow and build up spied like, every 4 - 5 minutes. try 20 minutes for a week and increase to 30, then 40. the MAX running you should do is 40 minutes. dont overdo yourself. I love running on a tredmill, but hate running on ground. IDK something about ground that sucks lol. Bu im trying to get into a yoga, running, alittle , weight lifting (10 pound for 10 minutes.) . im not fat but i need toning in the belly, because thats where women store their body fat most of the time. I suggest you try 20 minutes of tredmill, and 10 minutes of weightlifting, and then 5 minutes of crunches/lunges anything for your core. Do this every second day for about 6 months and oyu will see TREMENDOUS reslults and you might even loose alot of weight. Im 13 and done my research lol.
MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS AT YOUR OWN PACE, IF WHAT I SUGGESTED IS TOO MUCH, GO SLOWER OR DO LESS TIME, BUT I REALLY RECCOMEND PUSHING YOURSELF, THATS WHERE YOU WILL FEEL A DIFFERENCE. :D

I would suggest this Regular exercise Eat healthy foods like fruit and vegetables (dont deprive yourself to eat when you want to eat as long as your eating a small meal, every time we eat, our body is working to burn the calorie, if you planned to lose weight? dont skip meals. eat every time you are hungry but only eat small meals preferably fruits and vegetables)and you are try in these suggestions

Hello.My Name is Jasey.Im 14 and 5"10 and 175 pounds.Im not really self-Concuious I feel fine inside my self.But my problem is that I RUN and I dont eat junk-I eat starch.I runn and play sports ALL THE TIME.NOTHING is working for me.Yea i acually have thpught of Pills.I took them from my moms counter thing a while ago.They worked for me because I was born with a low metabolism and this was boosting it.I got caught and I talked to my mom and she just does what moms do"o honey you look fine" I thought that was a load of c**p.I NEED to lose weight.I want to lose about 60 pounds.
