i understand you guys im 170 pounds. im 14 and im a freshmen in high school. its really hard being in shape but i know all of together can do this. we can. we have to run every day after school. no matter what. unless you have try outs then its okay but anything else we have to do this. Basketball season is coming up for me. I'm going to start running in my neighborhoood on monday because thats how much i can run. im going to do two laps around my neighborhood because i live in a bad town. i also think thats how much i can do. IM TELLING YOU THIS WILL HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM A GIRL BTW we can do this guys just believe and try to not eat a lot but small poritions bye!!!!!!!!!!!! kisses. WE CAN DO THIS GUYS

I am 14 also and I weigh 127 pounds I know that is a healthy weight for my age and height. I am going to run track in the spring which begins in March and I need to lose 5_8 pounds in three months. It is December now and I am in eighth grade and during the summer between 7th and 8th I gained 10 pounds! I know is sad but I was able lose that 10 pounds in four months but I can't lose any more it seems do you have any ideas.

I am the same person who just wrote that I am running track and I need to lose five pounds but I forgot to say that I am running cross country in my Freshman year and run 1_3 miles a day and at meets it is 3 miles

I am 14, in my freshman year of highschool. i have struggled with and have been bullied for my weight in the past, and i am still wanting to lose a lot of weight. Recently I have lost 35 pounds, and gained back five. I am a multi-sport athlete, who needs energy. But at the same time i have to cut my calories to lose fa and improve my body comp. and I don't know what to do. I now weigh 156 pounds and i want to be 140(i have to retain some muscle for sports). I don't know what to do, and need advice.
