Im 14 and 135 pounds. If you're looking to lose some weight, DONT go about it in an unheathly way( bullimea, anorexia, etc.) i went down tht road last year. and yeah, you do lose a ton of weight, but it never seems like enough. you feel hungry all the frickin time, you're sick, weak, and sometimes cant even get up from bed. I ALMOST WENT TO THE HOSPITAL. My tips for you people out there like me are:

1. love yourself for who you are( dont try to face it, embrace it!)

2. if people, like your doctor or parents, tell you you're not fat, listen to them instead of ignoring it.

3. drink lots of water(being hydrated is key)

4. find an activity that you like to do(dont commit to something if you dont like it)

5. eat breakfast( people who eat breakfast actually tend to weight less than people who dont)

i hope this helps anyone like me whos ever felt down. remember, LOVE YOURSELF

First and foremost stop eating all the junk food that you love to tuck.Next,start by making your own diet chart.your parents can help you there.They know what is best for you.If you are real serious and want good results then your eating habits have to change. As it is correctly said that you look what you eat.Try making your own menus with the help from your mom.This way you will eat what is best for you as you are making your menu and she is there to see it is the right kind of food for you.

Sweetheart, I wouldn't worry about your weight. 98 pounds? I wish that was my weight. But honestly, I think that you should just maybe try to stay healthy. Because you should just make sure that you aren't 98 pounds because you only eat one meal per day. Make sure it is that you eat healthy food and are working out! Now, I really hope I helped.

I know how you feel..sadly. I don't weigh as much as you do, but I know what it's like to be over weight. I am your age, and I weigh 210..): Anyways, I was looking on the internet to find quick and easy ways to loose weight. So just follow this. Eating: Breakfast: toast, and an egg. Not fried, you can put one in the microwave for 1 min and a fruit or veggies. Lunch: JUST a sandwich, on wheat bread. If you want a snack, eat fruit or veggies. And for dinner, I decided I would skip. I mean it's up to you, if your hungry or not, but if you want to eat dinner, then eat SMALL portions, and eat more of the veggies, than anything else, and it will fill you up more. Also, DRINK WATER. That's all the drink you can have. Force your self to only drink water. You need to drink water before and after every meal. Exercising: For 3 days you need to go and run around your neighbor hood (your block). The other 3 days do exercises in your room, like crunches, leg lifts, wall sit for 30 seconds, 50 squats. (those are some of the exercises I do.) and then for 1 day rest. But that doesn't mean stop your diet. Instead of running for 3 days straight, or doing the leg lifts ect. Mix it up, and run for a day, exercise for a day, rest for ONE DAY ONLY. And just mix it up the way you want to do it. Also another thing to do is before you run you NEED to stretch. Also stretch after you run. This "diet plan" will make you loose around 2-5 pounds a week! I really hope this helps!

I've been on the same situation when I was younger. exercising wouldn't help me either. I have grown bigger when I entered marriage life. True that those horrible experience of being bullied just by being fat still haunts me even when I am no longer fat. Losing weight is never easy. There too many options out there and one I chose is to use a diet pill. i wanted to control my eating especially when I am emotionally disturbed so I bought a bottle of an appetite suppressant called prescopodene. Prior to my purchase, i asked a fitness expert and a doctor about taking weight loss supplements. I was told that I wouldn't know if I won't try it. Two months later, I have lost 2 stones and that's when my life suddenly changed because regaining my confidence as numbers started falling down the scale. Never give up.

hello, im am 14 almost 15 years old at 5 feet 2 inches...weighing in at about 140 pounds. i started thinking i was i bigger girl in 5th grade, and my best friend was really preetty and skinny! i wanted to be like her..so i started to suck in my stomach everyday. now, its a natural thing. i cant even walk around in my own house alone without sucking it in...but i want to stop the habbit. its been 4 years! i hate it. i am also in track, and i love to run! i heard it was best to run in the morning before you eat, but i dont have the energy then. and i can never find time later. i have tried dieting-not certain ones- just cutting down calories and portions and carbs and junk food! its extremely hard for me to do..i love food, and i eat all the time. and my mom doesnt buy healthy foods and i dont have the money to pay for them myself.not only am i addicted to food,but ice cream and chocolate as well..and i live right across the street from the local ice cream shop...so i dont know what to do. i am planning on putting an excercise area in my basement, but it has to be cleaned out first.. ii just feel like i always have an excuse for anything i can do to lose weight! my moms side of the family is bigger, and personally, i dont want to be like that. i want to stop my body fat before it gets to the point where i cant lose it when im older. someone out there....please help me!! :(

I feel the same way I'm 14 live on a farm and I weigh 180-185 I hate it I can't fight it and I'm really active and somewhat flexible I need help bad help

well for starters drink 8 cups of water each day it will really help lose those extra pounds but you also have to exercise do lots of cardio it will help cut of that fat also and if dieting is hard for you then eat whatever you want just dont eat so much of it eat small portion you sould have 5 each day and me ive been doing that and it really helps ive lost 4 pounds a week, goodluck hope this helps.

I'm being frank but you got to get up off your ass and eat healthy. Don't consume anything over 100g of carbs and get some cardio in (Running/jogging) in do kickboxing twice a week 3 hours each time and run everyday . the only way you'll loose weight is if you get the f**k out there and do it. Not f*****g excuses just do it, it will be the worst thing of your life but it'll f*****g worth it.

You don't need to buy diet food at your age to lose weight..It's not difficult..If you have decided to lose weight half the battle is won !!..Start eating more of veggies and fruits..avoid fried junk food and also avoid cheese and butter..Start playing any sport as you need to exercise..Cycling is a wonderful exercise..You could even go for swimming as these sports help in burning lots of calories...Wish you good luck ...

alright first of all don't starve yourself it doesn't help because not eating you will not be able to excersize and all you will do is gain weight second of all to lose weight you need to start out with some light excersise and less junk food then gradually do tougher excersise and eat healthier you won't notice a difference but if you keep to it and make it routine you will gradually see the pounds just fall off. get support from your family and friends. i had your same problem and my mom dieted with me and i lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks just keep this in mind

I am a 14 year old girl. I weigh 220 pounds and i really want to lose weight. I hardly ever eat bread, i started to take walks or ride my bike around where i live before i eat breakfast. Yet i still have not lost a pound. I actually GAINED weight! Does anyone know what can be helpful to me?

Well guys, I guess we have a lot in common I'm also 14 and I failed losing fat a lot, I'm not really fat but I have belly fat and I really want to lose it, at school when I saw my friends doing pull ups, push ups, and other stuff it made me feel bad about myself, I was like disappointed in myself and when the summer vacation came I started running I balanced my feeding and now I can see the progress, as I said I failed a lot of times but success doesn't come that easy, you will fail, fail, fail but then success comes and don't ever give up on losing fat and never say that you are proud of being fat, get off the computer and go run and change your lifestyle!
