I'm an aerobics trainer and learned about nutrition and healthy lifestyle as well.  Basically the point is that I will learn what you're doing wrong and we will make the changes that you're willing to do and make sure you're sticking to them.

Okay.. This is a Good Way.. So I'm 15 I really needed to lose weight I'm 5'9 and i was really big lol..So even if your Parents. Don't buy healthy food doesn't mean you still can't lose weight..but anyway Okay this what I did Say if you normally Eat Four slices of pizza cut it in half eat 2 eat.. what I'm trying to say cut everthing .in half cut your Calories. In half if you eat 2200 calories. A day eat 1300 eat more fruits. And vegetables. To keep your self full on i would run ten minutes. A day it worked awesome. I lost almost 40 pounds in a month take from some one who's done it works.. alright good luck..also all ways drink water healthy soda has lots of Carb s

I'm a 14 year old to... And I lost 20 pounds by starving myself, well not exactly starving but I just ate a couple fruits or vegetables every day... and it helped. You could try that and then start eating a little bit of food every day. Most important don't sit, lie or be home all the time... Pick a time or day outside

You might not need to lose as much as you think. You said u live on a farm, maybe it's possible you have a lot of muscle mass. Don't just rely on a scale, use a tape measure so you can have a better representative of where u need to be. Good luck!

Just turned 14 .I would like to lose some weigh I belive I weigh about 155-150.I want to weigh about 130 or something .My mama say I'm not big and I sound lose weigh because your sisters are smaller than you ,you should do it because it a goal it in your heart ❤ .

I'm 13 I have lost 16 lbs in a single month!! It's not so much eating right it's the working out every night I work until in actually in tears run till it burns then run another 10 minutes no more sugary sport drinks water only !!! Slip days are recommended you'll go crazy if you don't good luck

I'm also 14 years old,

I weigh about 200 pounds myself, my weight goes up and down say like I could be 200, then 210, then 195...

I do eat healthy and drink plenty of water not just because of my weight but just because that's just who I am.

If you really want to lose weight, try drinking lots of water, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, don't have "2nds", go for walks in the evening, don't skip meals, join some activities at school (basketball, football, soccer etc.) Limit your pop/junk food.

If you're not noticing any changes, don't just give up! You can do it!

Me too don't worry I weight 128 and 15 pounds over weight I've tried EVERYTHING G up to starving myself, ate nothing but Brockley and it sucks nothing's working for me

I'm 14 and I want to lose weight cause i dance and I want to lose a stone or two and I weigh 52 kg and that's 8 stone and I've tried to diet but I like food so I'm gunna cut out fizzy foods and and strech more and eat healthier and I'm a size 8-10 in adult Jean and age 15 in kids and all my friends are skinny so I want to lose weight

I know you probably won't like an idea of going old school but you can get a waist trainer and wear it while eating and you appetite will be smaller .drink lots of water and act like youre in the Olympics while in the gym

I'm 14 to and I weigh 175-180 and I really want to lose weight but I can't I drink lots of water but that doesn't help I also have a cast on so I can't exercise at all and I'm just gaining weight and I need help people are telling me to just starve myself :'( and now I've been really considering it I really need help please!!
