Im 12 years old and I weigh 212 Lbs. I am ashamed of my weight and so are my parents. I tried not eating and exercising a lot, but the just made me faint. I dont know what to do? My mom wants me to lose weight but also eat regular, and I just cant do both.

Im 14, ive been trying to lose weight for two years, and ive been gaining. Its really hard because everyone says "Eat greens. Salads. Pork" I dont like any vegetables, and I barely like any fruits. So their advice doesnt work. I have a "Summer Body Work Out" book, (what I made up. Ex; 150 situps, 20 second planks, 50 jumping jacks ect.) I weigh 173.8 pounds, andmim tired of it.please help. Hey, I'm 14. I'm 5'9" and really overweight but honestly, I'm not too fat, just chunky. All I want to get rid of is my man boobs cause although they aren't very big they lower my self esteem. I play basketball every weekend for 3-8 hours and sometimes we will go to the park after school. I play for the team and go after school to the basketball club on Tuesdays. What I'm trying to say is find a sport that you enjoy and try to commit to it. Keep low on the fatty foods and eat lots of fruit and veg. I also use this app called "Seven Minute Workout" basically cause I want to impress this girl.

Drink MORE water. Because... it's like tricking your stomach into thinking your eating food. So then your stomach will tighten (begin to get smaller). There for you will learn (your body) to not eat as much as you used to. Drink water BEFORE you eat because like I said earlier ' its tricking your body' u will feel less hungry. =D
You should also consider WALKING/RUNNING around your yard EARLY in the morning without eating breakfast for about an hour or so. I know Breakfast is 'the important meal of the day' BUT, after exercising your body is burning fat! U drink at least 2 glasses of water BEFORE u eat a small healthy breakfast, so u won't consume as much food like I said before your stomach will shrink more. U should eat half of BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER, while drinking lots of water BEFORE the meal, NOT during or after a meal it will make your stomach BIGGER! Do more sit ups, or squats when u have free time. It helps lose weight in the legs (squats) and loses weight in the stomach area (sit ups)

hi im am also 14 and I know what you are going through. its tough but you have to stick with it! ok so research the military diet, I know it sounds scary but its really easy and the food you eat isn't at all considered diet food. along with dieting you need to exercise try swimming and walking then progress in to jogging and running. it may seem like hard work but if you ever feel like quitting, REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED! good luck!

I am the same way my mom refuses to but healthy food but she will buy lettuce or spinach every once in a while. What u should do is talk to your parents or doctor (I know awkward) about how your concerned with your weight .1.NO pop 2. No junk food 3.move (it sucks but even after a week u will see results. 4. Don't look at your scale look at your body how u feel 5. DONT GIVE UP TILL U GET THERE
