I weighed 240 last year, then I joined wrestling. My team and coaches made me want to lose weight even more than I already wanted to, they supported me and helped me out along the way. I showed up earl, worked out, worked out twice as hard than anyone else on the team during the practice, and I also stayed after and worked out more. Before the first meet, I was under 215, and I lost all that weight in less then a month, healthily I might ad. I suggest joining a sport, especially wrestling. Every wrestling team I've ever looked at or watched, they were as close as family with each other, and you just don't see that in other sports (with men anyways). But you can gain weight just as easy as you lost it. Once you've lost the weight you've wanted to lose, keep working out but not as intensely. Drink a lot of water, and eat 6 small meals a day and don't skip on them. Also switch your routine every 4 weeks to keep your body on its toes, it'll have to work extra hard to keep up with you . Also, sleep about 8-10 hours. Slowly lower your calorie intake every 2-3 weeks, like knock off 150 calories off of your daily intake . Here was my daily ab work out: 3 reps of 100 crunches, 3 reps of 10 push-ups, 3 reps of 50 jumping jacks, 3 reps of 45 second bridges, 3 reps of 10 blue devil push-ups, 3 reps of 20 squats. Be sure to rest 30 seconds between each excercise and 2 minutes between each rep. Find someone that will support you and push you no matter what. Eat a small amount of carbs, and proteins right before each workout session and right after. The carbs will help you have energy, and the proteins will help you build muscle.

me too baby girl. im 14 and i weigh 185 pounds. ive tried so many diets and i always seem to put the weight back on. Im guessing the best thing you can do is ALWAYS have a healthy breakfast and eat dinner before 6 pm, and if you get hungry at night eat oatmeal or have a glass of milk with wheat toast. I hope this works

Honey, if i weighed that much i would be in heaven. I just turned 14 and im 230 pounds. Give or take a few. It hurts. Im the slowest girl in school and i cant ever be myself. You are in a perfect area for a girl your age but i get it. I felt the same way. I wish i was 180 again. Just try runs in the morning, crumches amd stuff to tighten stomach muscles before bed. Watch the carbs and dont give up. You got this girl. (Or guy im very much a dork)

Hey Hun, I'm 14 and I used to weigh 89kilos and then I started not eating sugar. When I went shopping with my mum I would check the back of the food and if it had over 5 grams of sugar I'd put it back. On the weekends I have a little bit of sugar but never a lot because we can't just give sugar up all at once we have to ween ourselves off it. I have been doing the no sugar diet for 3 months and I'm now weighing in on 63kilos! My collar bones are showing my double chin is gone and I have a thigh gap!! If you wanna talk about the no sugar diet more contact me!! All my love xx

Hi, I'm 14 aswell and am currently on a diet. I'm going on week 4 and have lost about 15 pounds. My tips to help you are to not go from one extreme to another. When u start your diet, do not stress over eating a piece of pizza for dinner. As long as you don't eat late at night, you'll be fine. I probably consumed around 90-100 grams of fat a day, and I've lowered it to 10-20 a day. Just making small changes like that made me start dropping pounds :) In the seccond week of my diet, I started to buy more fatfree foods. If you enjoy soda, drink sparkling water! Also, if you go on YouTube and type in "low impact cardio work out" there are exercises that aren't too intense but still work well. Anyway, I tried to look at diet pills today and noticed something on all of the nutrition facts.... Caffine. Caffine is not good for us to have, especially so young. So to replace those things, I would recommend drinking green tea, honey, cinnamon, or lemon/lime. You can mix them all togeather, or into hot water. Either way, they burn calories as if you're walking ! :D

I hope this helped ♡ x

Do not lose more weight because we had a flyer on my cheer team that was 80-90 pounds and she fell on a stunt and broke her whole leg because her bones were brittle for being so underweight.
