Hello I'm also 14 years old and I would like to tell u how to lose weight. First of all drink a lots of a lots of water.
2.Exercise. 50 jumping jacks, walk for 15 minutes, and run for 15 minutes, and some side kicks with out ur butt out ur butt has to be in and kick then u will feel the burn .
3. Eat Almond but eat only the ones that aren't roasted with honey or anything. Eat at least 15 of them. Eat it everyday.

Hi guys, so here's my story.
I am 14 years old in 9th grade, I weigh 163 right now and want to lose weight for my sisters wedding. Having weight on you and hips is not fun at all. Everyone feels ashamed or not proud of what their weight is, as a matter a fact I'm one of them, I've always been tall 5'7" and if your tall as well you know that it all goes out into different places, (thighs, legs, stomach, face) my goal is getting to 140. To me that's skinny enough and I'll be so proud. If your like me do a goal that is possible. I mean anything is possible but if your 180 and want to lose 60 pounds don't rush it! Be happy if you lose 40 pounds! Losing weight is hard. For girls especially because they got the heavy flow going on once a month, and that brings like 3-4 pounds gained when they're on their period. My goal is to not eat the pizza anymore like I used to and the chicken patty and eat a grinder instead or a salad. Drink water, and mostly exercising to what I could do. Let's hope I have enough time to get to where I want for Mexico!! :) good luck everyone you all can do it as to I can to.

Here are two tricks I was doing when I was struggling with excessive weight. I was brushing my teeth after every meal, especially dinner. Yes, you heard right! That clean, minty freshness will serve as a cue to your body and brain that mealtime is over. The second trick was small reduction of the portion of meals every day.

Hey , well in my opinion you should speak to your Mum about it so she can help you get fit . You should excercise more and also, eat healthy . I weigh so much for myself so I'm going to try excercise and swap my junk with fruit or vegetable or salads . And do plenty of running ! :-) Good Luck !!

You should try running. It's a great way to get in shape and lose weight. Start out small and work your way up. I really enjoy running but, remember to stretch.
