Well I’m 13 , about 5,4 , I’m a redhead so most of my hair is blonde anyway , some leg hair not much arm hair , no armpit hair , very small , maybe 1/2 inch blonde pubic hairs but not visible to the naked eye most of the time , surprisingly have quite a deep voice but very little facial hair as well ?

Everyone grows and develops at different rates and times you might a little bit behind some of your friends in development but it is nothing to worry about.
For some guys armpit hair can develop around 15 or 16.

Some of your friends might have a bigger penis but unless you have seen them remember lots of guys have a hard time telling what their actual penis size is.
All you need is more time to grow and develop you will catch up to your friends soon enough.

I’m thirteen no hair 130cm tall no balls dropped so signs of any puberty smallest in the grade bullied lots and I think I’m actually getting depression or some type of metal illness as I am having self harm.

Don't self-harm because of the jerks that bully you talk to your teachers and your parents about what they are doing.
