You have already started puberty the little bit of pubic hair and your testicles getting bigger are early signs of puberty.
If your 5 inches that is fine for your age.
It sounds like all you need is more time to grow and develop.

Hey guest so you have started puberty but are in the early stages it looks like.... This is OK and totally NORMAL for someone your age. I am a little confused at your measurements you said your penis is 2 centimeters soft and 5 centimeters hard but then you said your friend was 6 inches..... did you mean to say he was 6 centimeters?
6 inches is WAY above average even for an adult so don't feel bad that you are not as big as him....... also if you are overweight the fat around the base of your penis can hide some of it and make it look smaller than it is..... when you measured your penis did you press in the fat to flatten it out and then measure along the top side of your penis?

im 13 and my penis is only 3 inches hard when i push the fat away
Your 13 just be patient because puberty doesn't happen over night like your thinking it does!
There are many stages to puberty some that show some that don't and every young lad goes through different stages at different ages. If you have pubic hair then you have started puberty, if your friends are the same age as you then they are hardly likely to have 6 inch penises specially soft! The average adult male is only 5.5 inches, with out seeing his size you have no proof.
Just be patient you have you have until your early 20s for your penis to grow and besides at 13 do you really think your old enough and responsible enough to be getting sexual with girls because before you realise it's gone to far and 9 months time your a father, is that what you really want?

Me too I’m 4’8 and 13 and people are just rude. They’ll take any info from you and use it against you. All I do is either don’t care or tell them how insecure they are.

Hey Jesse so at thirteen there is nothing to be overly concerned about . Puberty happens at different times to everyone and at thirteen you are still in a very normal age range to not hit puberty..... I was a late bloomer as well and while I remember being nervouse at your age and getting made fun of. Things did catch-up and I turned out totally normal as an adult.... as for the teasing what do the kids do to you?

Dropping him as a friend is worth considering he is not much of a friend if you can't trust him.
Hopefully you don't get into much trouble for beating him up ignoring him might be a better option.
There are other boys in your school that are in the same situation as you are puberty starts at different times for everyone.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with you all you need is more time to grow and develop. Puberty and hair growth will start soon enough for you.
Finding other friends that you can trust and depend on will also help you a great deal.
