im 15 going to be 16 next year and i weigh 80kg and my height is 164cm, the doctors say my body is stable with my height but i still feel like i have to lose weight; i really want to lose 20g but i dont know and i really need to lose it before i start yr 11, im not sure what i have to do because ive tried nearly every thing eg.pills,acupunture and sports! but nothing seems to be working for me, im thinking of going on that juice diet but im not sure. can you please help? thank you

Hello =] im 15 years old and about 5 days ago i weighed 195, what i did was ate vegetables and fruits, nothing else. I drank ONLY water. and my exercise was fun. All you have to do is play Dance Dance revolution for maybe 30 mins a day, it has a workout mode that you can use and its very fun and its exercise. I now weigh 185 pounds. thats 10 pounds in 5 days

hi Im doctor maria chavrin i am a specialist in weight over size ment and eating i have to say many people on the sit eno what there tling about the way to maintain yourself from starving is to eat 2-5 PROTEIN ITEMS then 5-9 pieces of fruit nd veg A DAY its important to feel good about yourself whilst doing this because if you are not them many things will start changing your metabolism will shorten there fore leaving you hungry many people try eating toast or fruit for breakfast STOP

eating whole grain breakfast cerials will help and also a suggestion cod liver oil tablets they help loads with breakfast should be 2 pices of fruit bananas are a good source to help the brain concentrate also if at school you have a canteen why not ask them if they have any fruit if they do then take some or simply bring some to school many people come to me and ask me for pills to diet diet pills . but this is rong this wrecks your matabalism is fills your stomach up untill about 8 oclock and then stops this is when you will start to feel hungry causing your stomach to ache and cause you to eat many people think them not eating is the cause but itss the pill itself so i have this for you

1. dont eat low fat yogarts because they have added sweetners and additives to make it how it is

2. there are many unhealthy items alway look for bags of frozen fruits and yogart coverd products because this is a good dorce of calcium wich fills you up for about 4 hours so need to slack on the food also education is extremely good if you sit down listen to your teacher you food will be digesting therefore seeing whats not full.


there is no point stuffing your self when the food you have stauffed your self witch is compresssing all your body wih means you appear heavier on the scale as christmas and new year have past yes you mite hav eput on a little bit of weight all you have to do is ,...

a jog a walk

walking about 1 mile is plenty

jogging about 1 1/2 miles is good as long as you daily exersise your body will swet and this means your realcesing body fluid s that represent fat

get OFF YO ass and TURN OFF THE COMPUTER
look in the magazines on your nearest gym (fitness center)
START EXERCISING
have 6 meals per day (small porportions
skip the meat))
EAT MORE VEGGIES
AND WATER WATER WATER

hello, i am a 13 year old girl that is also struggiling to loose weight. I weigh 220 pounds and i need to loose 30 pounds by the time my prom comes which is in 3 months.All you need to do is increase your protien levels and STAY AWAY FROM TOO MANY CARBS. DO situps and pushups and walk every day no matter how hot or cold it may be. Drink water with lemon. Try to get your friends to hwlp you out and walk with you, it gives you more of an incentive to achieve your goals when you feel that you are the only one. Trust me you are not. I started getting overweight when i turned 10. I feel uncomfortable in my own skin and i just want to look beautiful and sexy for my prom. I absoluley know how you feel when it comes to this. I really hoped my story inspired you. Dont give up!!!! keep trying. I lost 6 pound sin 2 weeks. You can do it too.

Basically, look for a program that isn't too extreme. You need a weight loss diet that you can stick with--at least most of the time. Beware those lofty promises of miraculous losses, all while eating ice cream and sitting on the couch. A weight loss diet that's worth trying will require some work.

Suggestions about the weight loss diets are mostly welcomed

Hey everyone! I am 21 years old, I am 5'3", and I weigh 158 pounds. I am a dancer, so I do have a lot of muscle, but 158 is still a lot. I followed weight watchers for 3 months and I went from 163 to 151, but when I couldn't afford it anymore and stopped, I gained back 7 pounds. I walk to and from campus every day (15-20 minutes one way), i drink lots of water, I always take the stairs, I eat lots of veggies and fruit. I even cut down on my desserts (which is my biggest weakness). I don't eat red meat, nor do I eat anything fatty. However, even with my relatively healthy lifestyle, I still can't seem to lose any weight. I have a dance performance in 3 months, and I would like to weigh 140 (130 ideally) by then. I don't think 18-28 pounds in 3 months is too unreasonable. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

i am 12st 9lbs at the moment, i am goin on holiday next month nd want to trim by then but in july to august i am goin on my sunny holiday nd i really want to get into my bikini nd show off my body but i cant :-(
my weight is gettin me really down, ive trieed them wieght watcher diets and i did go from 14st 3 lbs but i cant stick to a diet b'coz i hve now support or help in my home, i get made fun of during school and i really think im going into depression !

Hey darling!
Don't worry everything is possible. The first rule don't eat at night. Try to avoid eating sweet and fat meal. Walking is good. If u walk at least half an hour a day you will see the result very quickly.

I had the same situation couple of month ago when I had to loose some weight before going on vacation with my new bf. Balanced food and a little bit of walking helped!

:-) hey guys i am 23 5'5" and was 180 pounds i used 2 be 140 but over the winter i have gained 40 pounds so in feb i decided i needed a change i cut out all starches sodas and juice.... i go 2 the gym mon thru thur and run in the park sat morning for about 20 mins..... yes it is very hard but i have found that doing it with a friend or family member helps so far i have lost 16 pounds and my sister who joined me on my journey has lost 12.... so i say that 2 say this it is possible just know u want this and stick to it....... i am now 24 pounds away from my goal of 140................ i hope this inspires u all good luck!!!!!!

Hello everyone!

I left a message here a little over a month ago. I mentioned that I weigh 158 pounds, and that I lead a relatively healthy life style (I walk to campus, I eat fruits and veggies, I drink plenty of water, etc...)

Well, I would like to share a little something with everyone. Since my last post here I changed a few things in my life. First of all, I started packing my own lunch. This allowed me to control my portions and to know EXACTLY what goes into my meals. I also started buying the 100 calorie packs of my favorite desserts. Now my only dessert is one of those packs per day. I am very happy because I still get my dessert every day, but I do so in a very moderate and controlled manner.

I also bought an elliptical machine, and for the past 3 weeks I have been walking 1 mile on it 4-5 times a week. One mile on an elliptical is not a lot, but nevertheless it is a form of exercise (I still have my dance class 3 times a week). I haven't been able to exercise this past week because of my back, but I am getting better and I am eager to return to my daily exercise!

As a result of my hard work, so far I have lost 6 pounds. I realize that it's not a lot, but it is a definite start. My weight loss is healthy, at no more than 2 pounds per week, so I feel good about it this time.

I am currently trying to work on another bad habit I have: eating late at night. Being a college student, I tend to stay up late working on my homework and research (I am a biology major), and I noticed that I have a very strong tendency to snack on various foods while studying. If anyone has any suggestions on how to overcome this habit, I would be very happy to hear them!


I think this post turned out to be much longer than I anticipated, but I am very excited about my weight loss, and I really wanted to share it with everyone. I hope that it will serve as a motivation to some people!
