it true all you need to do is in the morenings an evenings for 15 minitues do exercise which
can include the following: push ups, sit ups(50 each), star jumps, if you realli want to lose weight fass skip with a
skippping rope for half an hour a day. this is the fastest way to lose weight but remember to control the amount of food you eat.
the more you eat the more exercise you will have to do in order to burn calories.

Just like everyone else, I have went through this, my motivation was low, I just honestly didn't care, I have a husband that loves and supports me no matter what. You have to have support, whether it be boyfriend, friends or family, I think you have to hit that high point where you are just sick and tired of it, and having the want to do it, once you hit that bottom, you'll do what you can in order to loose weight, I have been dieting for a 31 days now, on day 30 I went to the doctor for weigh in, and I had lost 20 lbs, that's 5 lbs a week, my blood pressure went from 124/79-115/71..... The low carb, high protein diet, is what we are doing, Try staying under 20 net grams of carbs a day. Total carbs - Dietary Fiber= net carbs, the Net carbs are the only things that count against you when counting carbs. okay so ive read on here that many of you think its bad to eat what ever you want when ever you want. and im here to tell you thats not true. Thats right its not true. Eat what ever you want when ever you want. But its up to you to lose the weight. Pizza, fries, hamburgers, hotdogs and much more. i understand how it is to want to lose the weight and still eat the foods that we all love. and im telling you that you still can. just eat less of what ever it is your eating. Even if its french fries or salad. all you have to do is eat less and work out. Go for a walk every so often. when you find your self bored do some crunches. everyone is different so not all diet plans work and not all pills work on everyone. your body is different. so eat those fries and drink that coka cola. go ahead dont be afraid. you CAN do this. you CAN lose the weight. just remember eat less and stay active.

Im 6'0. 185 Pounds and im still going down. I'm getting leaner in the stomach which was the key. What works for me is I've been doing atleast one of these a day. Running a mile at a local ballfield, skateboarding miles and miles in and out of the park with friends, (this is a killer way to lose weight), hitting the gym. My lunch consists of chicken patty with some ranch, chocolate milk, and a bag of chips. Ive lost 15 pounds in about 3 months. I hope I helped anyone here. But really take up skateboarding and commit to it, its fun and you sweat a ton. O and spit as much as you can BUT keep the water flowing.

To start of pills ain't the way to go they can harm you and they would only help for so much.. In 3 to for months I lost over 60 pounds by eating less no going out to eat and of course drinking alot of water.. Don't starve ur self because then when u eat something your body won't digest it it would save it meening you'll gain weight .. So every 3 to 4 hours it something small .our body is like a car we need fuel to keep us moving but we need to burn the fuel so exercise:) don't eat pass 7pm! And finally. my name is nadine i am a girl who has left public schools because of the emotion abuse i only wanted to fight but thats no way to solve my problems i only told one teacher about it and she told the others as if she had seen it her self but nothing ever happened so i decide to take care of it my self. i was also told and teased by family members and was told to lose weight my ass was to big or i was to big every where i went store wise there was nothing that i liked that would fit me and i am a girly girl well... not so much. i had to go to special stores to get clothes i weigh 223pounds and i wear a size 18-20 in womens pants any wear from a xxl-3x depending how it was made in some pants i had to get specialy made because my ass won't fit in some of my pants that fit my waist. and i have NO BOOBS. well... some b 38 ans somtimes thats to small. :-(i need all the help i get cuz wen it comes to food my parents can never say no and ya
