Hi, my name is kaitlyn. I am 13 years old. My weight at the moment is 153lb and my height is 5'2 (1). My biggest problem right now is school. I have been bullied a lot because of my weight. I had seen my school therapist when I started having suicidal thoughts and low self-esteem and it kind of helped, but I am still bullied a lot. I want to lose at the most 35-40lbs, and I want to know what is the easiest way to lose those lbs and how to keep my self at the appropriate weight. I was also wondering "how much i should weigh at my age?"

Sweety some girls are obese while others agen't. Most common reasons are genetic make up, besides fat metabolism disorders which does not burn fat in the body. However, there is a safe way to reduce weight - Diet control and regular exercise. Diet control does not mean eating less, but eating the right quantity as well as quality. Changing from junk food to healthy food. Avoid starchy food. Eat more of lean vegetables and increase protein.

As for regular exercise, do whatever suits you best. But, repeat this exercise daily as in daily without a break. You will be surprised what exercise can do to tone up your body.

There are NO quick fix methods to reducing weight. Good luck
